Long lines. Unhappy cashier

I ordered a drink with almond milk. And they put it in a dairy pitcher. I, like a lot of people, am allergic to milk and it can make me very sick. They didn't even apologize when I brought it up. I myself worked at Starbucks and would remake a drink if I made that mistake. The girl was just trying to defend and say that she forgot. Didn't try to apologize or anything. Not too impressed. I paid almost $6 and didn't even drink half of the drink I ordered.

Every time I come in here the barista's are very friendly. Its fun to watch them work it seems like a well oiled machine. Great work

This is one of the best Starbucks in the city. It's always clean, the staff is always friendly, and service is always fast.
