Worst place for picking up mobile orders. Staff constantly ignores you. Last time I had to wait for 15 mins for a mobile order that I had placed 5 mins before entering the store, and then they made the wrong order and didn't even apologize. Orders are constantly slow.
They are some good baristas, but mostly they make zero effort to get to know you.

I regret coming here each time. The staff always have blinders on and ignore me when trying to get my mobile order picked up.

Today was the last time. I ordered two frappachinos, they were the consistency of water, and tasted so bad we threw them out when we got home. And they were labeled wrong and when I asked the employee which one was which he told me the label says which is which, like he was so proud to make me feel stupid because I can't read a label. And yet they had only labeled one and it was wrong.

The inside was a disaster, there were 5 jugs of milk sitting out surrounded with tons of other things. They need to learn how to keep a clean and presentable work area and consider not leaving their inventory out to go bad. Along with some customer service.

The coffee is always great, but I'm never sure why the drive through is so slow. Usually faster to park and walk in if there are two cars beyond the order box

I went through the drive-thru at this location and asked if they had the nitro cold brew with sweet cream (As I had tried it out in Vancouver on vacation and love it). I was told yes we do. Once I got the drink and noticed it wasn't what I had asked for I said "This is not the nitro cold brew". They then told me very sternly that this is the same thing as what I asked for. I left the drink there disappointed. After leaving I checked my mobile app to see if they offered this particular drink at that location and it says "Not sold at this store". If they had just told me it wasn't sold at this location I would have ordered something else instead of wasting my money on something that I did not want. Very disappointed.

As with all Starbucks the food and drinks are pretty great. My favourite is the tomato basil mozza panini. This location always needs a little cleaning though. Sticky tables, seats and floors are almost a guarantee.

Love this location. If you have been waiting in the drive thru longer than 5 minutes, they have now twice give me free drinks due to long wait:). Much appreciated!

Tastes great, but highly overpriced. Even worse, they do not understand you when you ask for a small, medium or large; like common, there is no sense in treating customers like they are stupid, even though they don't know your hipster lingo.

The staff is very rude. I was buying ceramic mugs and the girl who was assisting me almost break them when putting them in the bag.
You need to be careful when hiring and allocating staff to deal with customers. Although I can be sympathetic in knowing that a person can be tired due to a long day, there's no need to be mistreated and on TOP pay for that "service"
Room for improvement.

Great service. Tucked away in the suburbs, this place has a drive through (hurray!) And lots of space and tables inside.
