Starbucks

Come here all the time it’s a nice location.

The Starbucks itself is just like any location - but their staff needs some work. There is an older lady that works morning's at this location that is the most incredibly RUDE person i have ever met. I ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning and she simply tossed it across the counter at me and said "here" as she was walking away. I go to this location frequently, and when this particular woman is on a break or off shift, she is wandering around, yelling and distracting the staff who are actually working, getting them to make her orders BEFORE a customer's - even if the barista is in the middle of a customer order. The young staff members at this location are very nice and welcoming like they should be, but this one older woman has no business working in any kind of customer service role. Her incredible rudeness on a continuous basis is unacceptable and she should be removed from her position immediately. I have yet to have any interaction with this woman that does not involve her being incredibly rude - when she is simply taking and filling orders.

Visited this loction at my lunch. Was wear in my cloth for work which was dirty. Personel was disrespectfull. I don’t know why.
Can’t recomend

Easily the worst Starbucks in Calgary. I started working in the area a few months ago and have not had my order taken correctly any time that I've visited this location which is particularly problematic as I'm lactose intollerant. I do not blame the staff as they are mostly polite, but obviously management at this location is poor at training staff. Would not recommend this location in general, but especially if you have any kind of dietary restriction.

Great location when heading to Costco. Staff has always been friendly.

Exceptional service, their wait times are acceptable and so is the customer service. The staff is trained to listen intently on what you want from them and then providing that exactly (more or less)...

So in hindsight just be as specific as you want.

Great location very close to Costco. One can grab a latte and then go for shopping either at Costco or winners or Canadian Tire, which are all nearby. Staff are friendly, interior is clean and good little coffee shop

Well situated, there are a few outdoor seatings for the summer and always lots of parking.
