Starcast Dance Academy is bursting with pride after another banner year of dance excellence in Okotoks. Thank you for making us the Best Place to Take a Dance Class in the Foothills in the Western Wheel Reader’s Choice Awards. We were so excited to win the GOLD! We are also the recipients of the Chamber of Commerce Service Excellence Award Winner in Sports & Recreation Services! Hat’s off to our 1st place float in the Okotoks Parade.

Our dance studios have state-of-the-art sprung flooring with 1000s of rubber-flex pads based on running shoe technology for optimum dancer performance and injury prevention. Our floating dance floors are surfaced with professional Marley non-slip dance flooring. With three dance studios with mirror, ballet barre, an administrative office and change rooms. Our dancer’s can also take guitar and voice lessons on site.

Our Starcast Competitive Company dancers continue to achieve numerous awards and scholarships at provincial level competitions. Our recreation program includes the largest selection of preschool dance classes in town and our recreation classes have a combo special that allows students to take three dance classes for the price of two.

At Starcast we have ISTD, RAD and Cecchetti certified instructors on staff. We are also a certified ADAPT (Brian Foley) Studio! Our Acro program is taught by a Level III Certified Gymnastics Instructor to ensure your child’s safety. Our Starcast Preschool Program follows the ADAPT, RAD, American Ballet and Al Gilbert Syllabi, ensuring the highest standard of teaching excellence.
