Steam Dry Canada - Calgary

I just got my Air Ducts cleaned from steamdry Canada. the staff that showed up to my house was very professional and well skilled. He did a excellent job with the cleaning. The price for the cleaning service is also good. overall i am a happy costumer.

Customer service is good to deal with but the guy who came did the worse job ever. Didn't call prior to coming, we just happen to be there as the house is empty awaiting possession. He wasn't even there 15 minutes and was proud to say he got the stains out....which he didn't even come close to. This was done because we sold our house. We were leaving a piece of furniture for the new owner and this guy had the balls to ask if he could have it. Anyhow, called steam dry to complain and have him come back to clean the stains again. She proceeded to tell me coffee is difficult to get out. I laughed as we had a local company come once and he was able to get nail polish out. Never got a call from the guy so we didn't get our second clean. These guys came out 6 months earlier to clean prior to listing the house and he did a crappy job but i let it slide. Don't use use this company, they are horrible and just want to up sell you.

What an amazing job they did to my carpet! I was about to replace my carpet and before doing that I wanted to give it a try with steam cleaning.I was amazed to see how clean it looked after they cleaned it. I am using it for another 5 years.Thank you Steamdry for saving me lots.Highly recommended.

I was not so sure at first as I had a very bad experience with my duct cleaning with the other company in the past. The guy who I hired before had ripped me off quoting low price over the phone and charging $380 for 17 vents .
SteamDry did the cleaning of my house for exact price they quoted at Home Depot. I was so happy to see the clean duct when they showed that to me using their special camera. The technician ( sorry I forgot to ask his name) was courteous and very skilled. Highly recommended.

Great service from beginning to end! Would definitely use them again. I highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and great results. My technician did a great job of not only explaining the process, but he did a very thorough job and got my carpet cleaner than I had expected. Five stars!
