Stem Moms Project

STEM Moms Project is a one year campaign. Our mandate is to identify the barriers to STEM Mothers, examine why and how they exist and list actionable solutions for ourselves, those closest to our day to day - teammates, direct leaders, peers, family & friends - and beyond. Our focus is on small incremental actions to create change - drops in a bucket, that when multiplied can create waves. We aim to peak curiosity and create conversations within our teams and circles. We are a group of STEM Mothers who individually share our experiences via our private Slack group and then collectively share the findings of our discussions + solutions to the issues discussed in an attempt to create awareness and allies.
