Stemz Florist & Treasures

Walked in this afternoon and from across the shop the associate asked if I was 'just browsing?" (no "hello" or "welcome"). I said, "I'm here to buy a desk plant for my new office with a window!"
Silence. Associate proceeded to the back. I browsed for 10 minutes, same areas, but she couldn't be found. Absolutely no effort or assistance. Too bad since I was prepared to give them my business and Mother-in-law's business. I ended up walking out when she finally made it back to the counter.

Beautiful flowers! Confused about the customer service policy though. Anne, the owner, displayed a very poor attitude when I asked to have an arrangement topped up with more flowers in a bigger vase. It was like I was inconveniencing her. I had to ask if there was a problem. Jeesh, you would think more flowers sold = more money. Thankfully, Shirley was there compensate for the bad attitude from Annne.

Just finished booking my wedding flowers with Anne-Marie at Stemz Floral and am completely charmed. She is a lovely, friendly person to sit down and chat about flower ideas with and her customer service cannot be beat! Anne-Marie was straightforward about pricing, so I know exactly what each piece of my florals will cost, and she didn't try to up-sell me or take advantage of my limited knowledge of flowers. To top it off, she is very prompt in replying to emails and organized in the way she shares information. Having looked at several florists in Calgary before finalizing my booking with Stemz, I can say that this level of service was not available at other stores. I'm thrilled to be working with Anne-Marie and can't wait for my wedding!

I am from Saskatoon. Ordered a Flower arrangement from them for a special occasion in Calgary. They were extremely accommodating and Helpful on the delivery time I requested, and the arrangement was absolutely Beautiful. I scored lots of good points. Great place to deal with, highly recommend them. Great first time experience.

Wonderful to deal with. Flowers were ordered by telephone from B.C.
for delivery in Calgary on the same day. The lady taking the order was very helpful. The recipient was surprised and extremely pleased with
the the beautiful arrangement that she received.
