My original review is down below but im glad that they ended up owning up to the whole thing. All the respect in the world for companies who admit in a lapse of judgement and apologize. You'll be able to find they're press release about the incident on the website.

"Walking down the road and saw some dummy pulling a legally parked car away from their trailer which was illigally left on the the side of the road. Teribble way to deal with something and unfortunately this kind of behaviour is most likely encouraged or brushed off at this company which can lead to a festering mess of ineptitude and an unwillingness to act professional. Ive had to deal with this many times where some Joe Blow tradie feels the need to act like a wannabe superindendant. Not only embarassing for you but your company aswell. Would not reccomend to anylne expecting professional or caring service."

This company is a absolute joke. As soon as they get their money they stop taking phone calls and are impossible to get a hold of. Poor customer service and they will destroy your vehicle if it's parked too close to their truck or trailers.

Guys illegally towed a vehicle in their way damaging it. Now this pic is associated with their name, good job. Be more ethical next time.

Two guys hooked chains to this ladies car and just pulled it out of their way. Their trailer was parked behind her with no flags or cones around it. They pulled her car about 10 feet forward, leaving her blocking the alley, in a no parking zone, and a bumper that was almost pulled of.
