Stettler Connects - The Early Years Facebook page is a place to find early childhood information, local events, and connect you to organizations focused on healthy child development. If you have a local event or program geared towards young children and their families, please contact us with event details (including a poster). As this site is only manned very part-time, we cannot manage classifieds-style posts. This would include: business posts, community questions outside our content, sales and giveaways, etc. There are many other local sites that offer this service.

Who: In honor of Get Outside and Play week, the Stettler Regional Early Child Development Committee is hosting an Amazing Mini Race for children 2-6yrs of age. Adult participation required, as teams need one adult and one child to compete. What: Test out our ‘mini’ race format and race around West Stettler Park, follow the Route Info clues, work around Road Blocks and maybe even some Detours. Teams that fall the farthest behind will be eliminated and the first team to make it... to the final destination wins the game. When: June 1, 2018 beginning at 5:30pm for a FREE supper, 6pm check-in at the registration table, 6:15pm race time. Where: West Stettler Park Why: Join us for a fun filled evening testing all of your senses as you race your way through each challenge! We will be emphasizing messy and outdoor play, also dress weather appropriate in case of rain! ***Pre-Registration required - register by sending an email to ecdstettler@gmail.com indicating your name and how many participants/ages.***

In honor of Get Outside and Play week, Stettler Gets Wild is hosting 3 events this week; these were previously scheduled for last week but due to weather conditions cancelled.
