Serenity Studio is bringing the classes run by Gina Berdahl and her staff into one grounded and still space. Teaching the art of breathing, meditation, posing and movement in a variety of classes for women as well as personal training sessions and numerous fitness classes.

Offering a drop in type class per class or purchasing a card that allows you to come and go as you schedule permits.

Current prices for adult classes are drop in for $12. $100 for 10 classes. Childrens classes will be $80 for 10 classes.
