Stopped there in the rig due to heavy snowfall. Manager offered a lounge area we could relax in(with our dog) while we were there. � Ate three meals while there and the food was tasty. � No luck in the casino tho. �. Will definitely be back. Next time will be for fun and relaxation!

Stopped for a bite to eat on our way to Canmore. Found the service to be very friendly & attentive. Buffet

selection was great & the chef prepared myself my own gluten free main dish. We look forward to stopping there again.

Seafood prime rib buffet was great. Dessert was awesome. I have been hearing about this place for 3 or 4 years now. Glad I made it up here. Staff were courteous and made sure to take care of you with out being intrusive. Oh and the host was a suave awesome guy.

Good service, friendly staff, nice clean room. Most of all I loved the bath tub :D

i enjoyed our stay! Rooms very spacious! Food was very good! Especially the chicken wings in the lounge area and the smorgasbord in the restaurant! We will be back!

We made it a weekend for my husband's birthday. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. Buffet had lots of great choices. We got the romance pkg with sparkling wine and chocolate strawberries. Even got breakfast the following morning included

I would definitely recommend this as a relaxing destination or just an overnight

The only thing I would add would be a spa. It's so relaxing a place that a massage would make it perfect.

Spend the last 4 years celebrating my Birthday at different hotel, This rating is worth giving this time

Friday Buffet was good not much to choose from but I went there for prime rib and lobsters 😜So i dont relly care that much

Our room was big enough for a family of 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Clean, high ceiling, seperate tub and shower, big TV, free breakfast. We got the play and stay package because its way cheaper plus they give you 40bucks play credit!

The other room, got it with the romance package (again its cheaper) its the jacuzzi suite with big seperate bed and living room with jacuzzi tub, standard washroom. Used this to accomodate friends that celebrated with me! We are laughing a bit loud and never get a knock on the door to shut us up (which we always get in other hotel) Cant hear anything from outside, i am so surprised!

Originally planned to book the Party Room but unfortunately too much for my budget with 2 rooms and buffet already on top so didnt get it! It has pool table (which I Like) and thats all i can say as I didnt experience this room for me to say anything.



I might come back next year for party room 😉

Nice hotel. Very low key, dinner was good. Had to prime rib buffet, would have been better if there had been a Gluten Free desert option for adults ( not jello and ice cream ) the pool was nice, the hot tub jets didn’t seem to work which was a disappointment. The room and the hotel were both clean and the view of the mountains beautiful. The breakfast buffet was good ( glad to was free ) the GF options were clearly labeled which was nice. All and all a nice place and we will come back.

Love this place been going here every chance I can get for a few years now. However the last time this last time I was at the Side Lines lounge there was only 1 waitress on. She was being over worked and she was stressed out so the service wasn’t very prompt or super friendly as usual.

It was pretty good!! made a last minute descion to get a room Saturday night and caught the prime rib and lobster buffet!! my better half ate four plates!! the casino had a great selection of games and our room was spacious and clean. the staff was hospitable and helpful!! The breakfast buffet sucked. lol

Front staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Looked like they enjoyed there job. It made our day when they welcomed us. Had supper in Lounge and it was excellent as was the service from the waitress. Room was clean and very nice view of the mountains. Pool was fantastic after a long days drive. Only stayed for one night but would highly recommend this place. Just outside Canmore for half the price.only complained was bathroom sink drained very slow and the shower head was plugged ( so not a lot of pressure) other than that no complaints!! Thanks staff for a wonderful stay !!

�There was many stains on the couch and chairs even benches in our room.



�What grossed me out the most was that people were allowed to smoke in the Casino area.



�Nice pool though and hot tub.



�I loved that the shower had 2 shower heads so you could shower as a couple.



�The king sized mattress was really comfortable.



�The breakfast was delicious so was the food served at the restaurant.

I would give 3 and a half star if I could.

We had the jacuzzi room,the couch had a stain on it,the office chair arm was repaired with black tap,the cabinet under the fridge was damaged,the buffet was good but the lobster and mussels were over cooked .

Nice set up...fairly new slots ....lounge was good....smoking is allowed but that is why some folks come this casino verse others

Hot tub was broken, pool water was cloudy, the video game room didn’t work. The responce I got from the front desk when I returned the video game controllers “ what do you want me to do? “ “ I don’t know how these things work “ my son broke out in a rash after the pool, and kids were upset about that they couldn’t use the games room. In addition not sure what happened to me, we ate similar food at the restaurant, I was the only one who fell ill throughout the night vomiting at midnight and 5 am. You might not believe this all happened in less than 24 hours but it did. Just disappointed.

Hi, just want to say thanks for the fantastic stay at the Stney Nakoda Resort. We were there in the later part of September, stayed for two enjoyable night, and it was a wonderful expeirience. The room, we had was a guest suite on the 4th floor, very spacious and clean, the 2 separate bathrooms were an awesome touch, being there were 3 of us. Furnishing could use a little updating, but that was not an issue. Staff wre very accomadating, and friendly, keeping in mind, a few new recruits were hired, days prior to a visit, a little patience from both patron and employee made our visit complete and very enjoyable. Meals were very flavorable, breakfast buffets had a great assortment, steak sandiwch was simply awesome, appetizers huge and delicious. We did not take in the awimming area, but did tour partions of the resort, all which was very clean, and a very friendly staff, in housekeeping and through out the resort. WE did not have a mountain view, but from the 4th floor east of the mountain veiw our was still awesome. watched the helicopters load and land contiually thru there running hours. casino had a grand assortment of slot and cards games, enjoyed the sporting lounge for horase racing and football. Ray, Dixie, and Dawna give this resort a 5 Star plus rating, and hope to be back next year or in the near future, Thank you Stoney Nakoda for an Ultimate Vacation stay of 2 days.....Simply loved it""""""

Staff was great!!! Rooms were decent for the price!! The prime rib and lobster Buffett was awful!! Almost the worst I have ever had!! Told my waiter that I was here a couple months ago and the food was amazing, but tonight was awful. He took $9 off my $130 bill!! Said he was sorry that was it! So disappointed in the food. Will never eat here again!

Sat in "The Ridge" for breakfast for 30 minutes waiting to be served, thinking that maybe I made a mistake seating myself I went to ask and was told "No you can seat yourself." When I asked if I could see a menu I was directed to a pile of menus on the counter to retrieve on myself. When i finally got service I had to correct the server on my order. The food was good, and good price, but i find service to be more important than price so I'm not sure I'll be returning.

Wow pretty bad place.. horrible customer service and not very clean. Food was ok but holly shit what is going on with the people in this area keep asking me for cigarettes or spare change.... yup shitty place �
