The absolute worst crooks in the service department!!
Brought my truck in for warranty repair and they said I had over 15k in damage to my drivetrain and tried to sell me another vehicle and add on 20k to repair the trade in...I had to take my truck and have it repaired at another shop Because they were so untrustworthy, they also cancelled my warranty and roadside assistance for taking my truck! so after paying out of pocket to fix it I went through arbitration camvap/amvic and a year later Dodge Canada was ordered to repay any expenses and also to repair my truck until it was back to OEM standards.... Disgusting experience!!

This review is for the parts department. I have bought many parts through Stony Plain Chrysler and the parts team is awesome. Wayne in particular is always very helpful and friendly. I never get the feeling that these guys don't want to talk to me or that they don't like their jobs. This is in stark contrast to the other Dodge/Chrysler dealer in the immediate area.

Excellent buying experience from start to finish... Gave me top dollar for my trade, beat the other Chrysler dealerships that I went to in terms overall price and incentives available. Easy to finance and thorough explanation of documentation. In depth demonstration of vehicle options. They introduced me to service and parts counter staff - very friendly and helpful.
I was so pleased with my first purchase that I traded my second vehicle in for another new vehicle from this dealership. They even helped me out by delivering the new unit to my home town and taking the trade back with them. Top Notch!

Shout out to the service department staff at Stony Plain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram!

Today my key fob for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee died and I couldn't start my Jeep. After I bought a new battery for it, it still didn't work. I called and spoke to service and they told me a way to fix it. ( FYI - hold the fob up to the start button and start it with that vs your finger..who knew right?!)

I was able to get it started, but it was acting weird, so I brought it in to have it checked. They immediately got my vehicle in and checked it over for me. They did an update and sent me on my way and told me not to hesitate to call them if I need anything.

Just bought our brand new Ram and the whole experience was amazing. The sales experience from start to finish was much different than at any other dealership we have ever been to. We did not feel pressured at all but then again we knew exactly what we wanted. We dealt with Derek Ford and I strongly recommend taking the time to go in to see him if you are in the search for a new vehicle. He was quick and efficient when we told him what we were looking for and was really good at explaining all the features of the vehicle.
We will be definitely be returning to this dealership in the future.

Without a doubt Stony Plain Chrysler dealership has the most incredible customer service ever! I recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from them and from the minute I pulled into the lot to just take a look, all the way up until I drove my amazing new car out of the lot, everyone was so kind! I never felt pressured to buy anything when I just went in to take a look around, instead I was given a lot of information about different Cherokee models which was so so helpful! Huge shout out and thank-you to my amazing sales rep Steve Butler for being so accommodating and helping me find the perfect vehicle at the perfect price! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle! Also, big thank-you to the manager, financial rep and everyone at the Stony Plain Chrysler dealership for making the process of buying my first new vehicle so wonderful!! Best car buying experience ever!

It's easy, I made an appointment for an oil change and alignment. 2 and a half hours later my car was still waiting for the alignment! And they slammed me with a new charge because apparently I needed a new plug for my oil pan. This is just lazy and I will be going anywhere else!

I don't usually write reviews but when I do....

Jourdain made my experience of purchasing a new ride amazingly simple, and pretty much completely customized for me.

I gotta say it was extremely refreshing, on my hunt for a new ride, to have a salesman actually listen to all of my requests. I told him exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and he gave me lots of options without cramming the typical salesperson BS in my face.
