This place was awesome I loved staying there... so did my kids n nieces the manager is very nice she helps out whenever needed.. Her husband helped me with my trailer the washrooms are clean. There was an outdoor movie there even the manager supplied popcorn and water..... Very well ran place and super cool that they welcomed us to watch the movie with them. The rates where good n the sites are very well maintained and it's very beautiful there!! Good job Tracey and I believe her husband's name is bob very nice people.... best ran camp ground I have been to in awhile and so welcoming....

The wifi needs some attention but I don't think that's the managers problem I think that's the lions issue

Somewhat quiet and clean enough. Tucked away in an industrial area. The manager was out on errands when we arrived. It was very inconvenient because we needed the code to the washrooms. Access to the free WiFi would've been nice when we arrived and not 20 minutes before we left.
Good enough for a night's stay but at $35 a night... I would've been willing to stay elsewhere less sketchy for an extra $15.

Have stayed in this park off and on over the past 3 years and it has gone downhill in our opinion. Rarely does the manager answer the phone and when you finally talk with her, she is curt, short and sharp. Not personable at all and you feel like you are bothering her. The park itself is OK, but management needs some kind of workshop in customer service skills. We won't be back.

We started off as summer renters here and now live here full time. Just finished our second winter. ( been lucky as we've had 2 pretty mild winters so far) A few bumps and mistakes over the 2 years, but thanks to Tracey, who runs the place, we've learned some valuable lessons on winter RV'ing.

It's so quiet and peaceful here. Love all the trees, lots of RV parks don't have trees.

Terrible place to go. Avoid this at all cost, i would rather have camped in a walmart parking lot l... In my car. The residents are mostly alcoholics that live full year there, and the washrooms were nasty. The manager lady was the human embodiment of a cow, and when we decided not to stay there for a second time, attempted to scold us on our somewhat late cancellation. Long story short, alcoholic dumping ground run by a cow.

It is HORRIBLE. The park manager is a major alcoholic who likes to yell at people like they are 5 year olds when she's been drinking, and she allows all kinds of drug addicts and other alcoholics to live there. Not a good place for children AT ALL. Which is a shame because it really makes the Lions Club look bad. The Lions Club should be paying more attention to what is going on there. The crackheads are being allowed cheaper rent, and are close with management so if you were ever to try and complain about them you would just get yelled at. What a horrible experience it was to stay there for a couple of months. It ended in us pulling out trailer out of there because she was wasted and refused to take our lot payment cause she was mad that my husband stood up to her and her rudeness. If you don't believe any of this, go stay there and find out for yourself. Horrible horrible horrible. Its the WORST place to stay in the whole area. So keep looking for something else people. There are TONS of other, better places to stay for around the same prices with WAY more cool things and no cops showing up all the time to deal with the drama there
