Extremely helpful! We came here after getting horrible service in spruce grove they even stayed opened a few minutes late to make sure I had everything I needed!

Great service here. Fast and prompt service went in today to re register my vehicle and was in and out in about 2 minutes.... will definitely come here for now on

The owner of the place is very rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. And her bad attitude seems to rub off on a couple of her employees. There are a select few who are reasonable to deal with but the rest a remind me of Patty and Selma. An update to inform the owner, I came in to get registration but my Insurance pink card was expired. You refused service. Went to Spruce grove, was politely served with a smile, and was informed that as long as I could prove up to date insurance if requested, it was no problem to register my vehicle. Maybe you should get your customer service skills in check..lots of unhappy customers on here!!

I have been to this registry office a few times and I have to say that I have never come across this many miserable employees in one place. None of these women had a smile on their face, all the women behind the counter look very cranky. One of them kept saying the other day is it 5 o'clock yet is it 5 o'clock yet over and over. The other employee was either eating her lunch or chewing gum while serving a customer..it was extremely disgusting. I find it very awkward walking into this place, its a very unfriendly atmosphere. not even a hello or have a good day..nothing. Customer service is horrible. i won't ever go back.

I am very disappointed in this registry office. They take no responsibility for incorrect information they give you. The last incident they printed a commercial drivers abstract and stapled it as far down as they could. When the staple was removed the pages were torn. When I tried to used this abstract the company refused it. I went back to the office within the hour and was told either pay for another or use it as is. There was no way to scan these pages without removing the staple. This is the only registry office that staples things!!!! Best to avoid if you want your paperwork without any damage. Staff wasn't helpful and was rude and mocked me. I will not be going back anytime in the near future. I will go to either spruce grove or Edmonton next time I need registry services.

they don't watch enough to even tell if your shoulder checking during tests. nor can they read a speedometer. go elsewhere I advise
