I have purchased my lotto ticket yesterday usually I don’t buy lottery but that young man asked me for a lotto Max ticket and I agreed to get one. I have checked my ticket this morning at shell and I won $600.

Very friendly service from staff I was in and out under 5 mins. They have welcomed us in very friendly manner.

This store has been really special to us. When I visit back to calgary I will definitely visit this lucky Store to get my lottery tickets.

Store was really neat and clean. As I have breathing problem I was offered some water or any drink that helps me to control my breathing they are very generous people. They really care for their customers. Older gentleman was really polite to us.

Very Good Services I am saro student and I was so happy to see that they are following proper Tabacco rules they id me because I have clean shaved and was looking under 30. One of the best store for cheapest Tabacco I have visited so far I loved their pall mall price. I have see their honesty trying to provide clothing to local homeless and donating food. I am so happy to meet the manangement every time I go their I was welcomed with bring smile on their face. I will keep coming to your store just for your Pall Malls.

hours are terrible.. bad service and overpriced for the little they do offer... best to be avoided if you can. They need to stop trying to upsell cigarette brands when they're constantly out of the more affordable kind.. dumaurie is not next.

FOLLOW UP REVIEW:
STOPPED into this store today to buy cigarettes, which I try and avoid doing as much as possible.. being the only store in the area, I'm sometimes forced to and tonight was such a night.

The clerk I've delt with before.. chubby, middle aged eastindian guy ( thd older and younger clerks are actually at least mannerly) told me some obviously made up story about being audited and needing my ID.. I'm 38.. something was up.. I didn't have it and told him so and then found out why.. " is your name Stephen Black? did you write s bad review?" he asked...

Yes, yes I did.. and what came out of his mouth next was not how you try and engage your customers regarding a bad review..

From telling me to f off to giving me the finger like a 14 year old... not how you do business in a community.. terribly abusive, unprofessional behaviour.. mind you, bring the only store within the area and located by a Dr train station while not opening till 11 am. says alot about what thid guys after I'm the community.. he doesn't care. Selling the crack pipes you stock behind the counter to local addicts in the know, says alot about whst you think of the community.. as does your up Selling, overcharging, under stocking and finally.. what you pulled tonight.

You didn't have to lie to try and get my identity to confirm I wrote the bad review.. i was more more than happy to tell you. Your a bad businessman who runs a bad business..you feed off communities instead of being a part of them an meeting their needs, you're about making (barely, by the look of the store) a profit..and nothing besides.

I'm new to the area and wanted to shop locally.. community is important..its unfortunate you're the only shop in the radius..but based on the number of people on my apartment building that share my experiences of stop and go by Banff trail and choose to shop elsewhere.. we'll people have known for awhile.

These guys are great who operate this store. Very helpful and remember you when you have been there enough. I no longer had to let them know what kind of smokes i came for, they had them ready to go. I appreciate their kindness and appreciate the conversations we had during my visits. Great store!!! Respect

A great convience with amazing customer service. I went into this store and was greated with a smile. This store is very clean and organized which makes it very easy to find what your looking for. Not only would I recommend this store to friends but I would travel across town to shop at this stop n go. And for every item you buy the store owners will throw in a smile for free. Staff very helpful. The staff made me feel like I had been going to the store for years. The warm welcome when you first walk in. I have never been to a store that is as friendly as the staff at stop N go. Thanks guys.

This store is an incredible one. The owner and his wife are so friendly, helpful and kind and you certainly get that family feel from them. Definitely a must visit when in the McMahon Stadium area. I left my car keys at the store by accident and didn't realize until I returned home to Edmonton. The owner called me and arranged for Purolator to have my keys sent back to me. I will definitely be back!!

I have frequented this convenience store for a number of months and couldn't possibly recommend a better locally owned option.
Their establishment is clean and tidy and nicely organized. The service has always been top notch.
However, what I have noticed most - more than anything else - is the emphasis they put on customer service. Like true customer service. They recognize you once you come in more than a handful of times. They greet you with a legitimate greeting - because they are legitimately happy you are coming in.
I have seen them give food and drinks to local homeless - without a hesitation. I forgot my bank card and they "sold" me my item with only my promise I would be back the next day to pay for it.
They are kind and genuine and appreciate your business. I would highly recommend this convenience store to everyone!
