From start to finish the purchase of my new truck was flawless. Shawn and his team went into detail from all of the features of the truck to the pricing breakdown of the deal. I gave them a 24hr timeframe to have the new truck ready because I sold mine privately the day before and use the truck for work. The protection package and 3M wrap were completed in time for delivery within my needs. While signing the finance paperwork Richard ensured he got me the best rate available, explained whether I needed each warranty/maintenance package, and even helped me cancel my previous warranty/life insurance coverage to get a refund of $2600. 1. Jessey Morin was our salesperson. We called ahead to inquire about the vehicle and upon arrival at the dealership he had it parked out front, with a plate on it and was in possession of the keys. This is a markedly different experience than other dealers where it is arduous to locate the vehicle, find a plate and track down the keys. Jessey was very respectful of our time.

2. Our primary purpose in purchasing this vehicle was to haul horses. Jessey tracked down the horse expert in the dealership (Mike the sales manager) and Mike reviewed our trailer needs with us, offered advice on potential trailer types, confirmed that the vehicle would be sufficient for our towing needs and retrieved the gooseneck hitch from the parts area. Mike then demonstrated how the hitch functioned and how to correctly install it in the vehicle.

3. Upon picking up the vehicle we had a need to haul our trailer home from the trailer dealership before impending bad weather and winter. We did not want to haul using our brand new vehicle per the owners manual. Mike and Jessey went above and beyond in finding us an exact vehicle with sufficient miles on it to get our trailer home.

4. Jeff, the extended warranty person, tracked down the exact product we wished to purchase for the extended warranty.

The service at Strathmore Ford has been friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here and it's been greate for the last few years since New Management and owners took over I've got to say it's better than sitting for 7 hours at Woodridge Ford for a waiter oil change

Such a great group of people. I felt no pressure unlike other dealerships. Everything was explained so we'll. They show all paperwork necessary for the vehicle you want. Financing employee was very thoughtful and made sure things were ok with me before he proceeded. So happy with my experience!

After our truck breaking down for a second time driving across Canada, with the same exact problem (that a ford in northern Ontario supposedly fixed costed 1200$) strathmore ford was also not a good experience.

ICBC told us we had to bring our truck to a mechanic that was approved in Calgary, and when we were told that this ford tried to charge us 260$ for looking at our truck only to find out the guy in northern Ontario missed something and that's why it broke down in the same way again. Then the insurance lady said it could stay at this ford.

We got a rental truck and drove home. It took longer for them to fix then they said it would. Then we drive back there after getting the money for the deductible and they tell us we have to pay an extra 160$ for alignment. From all the problems with the truck my partner and I were completely broke so we were panicking I'm we could not pay this. They did not tell us that was something that we had to pay for when we got the truck back!

Then my partner is driving the truck home from Alberta and he says to me, there's still something wrong with the truck! I can feel it!

So no I'm not happy with this ford or any other ford. Thank you for making me completely broke and unable to buy food!
