I'm really impressed with the care my dog received from Dr. Tronqued today. In fact, everyone I encountered in the clinic - the tech, the receptionists - were awesome!

Very caring and compassionate staff here. They take excellent care of my pitbull and helped us through the loss of our cat of 18 years. I won't go anywhere else and highly recommend them to everyone I know.

We have brought all of our animals here since they were little and they were always pretty good to us.
My one complaint is that our newest puppy has had some form of allergies since we got her at 10 weeks old. The vet had only given us meds (high doses of antibiotics) to keep her on. They did not suggest any future plan or remedies other than we hope it will go away by itself. This has been extremely frustrating in itself (changing diet, supplements, etc.) but having to keep paying for exam fees over and over just to be given more pills seems like a huge cash grab to me. Come up with a care plan and be realistic to what your clients should keep paying for or discount the exam fee after the 2nd time for the same issue. Now I have to bring her in again for yet another exam just to refer her to a dermatologist for allergy testing - are you kidding me!? Why wasn't this suggested the first or second time?

My final complaint is that we recently lost our oldest cat (we had her cremated) first, they had told me that they would "send that away" for us and then I was asked unsympathetically, "Would you like a scatter bag or a wooden box for your pets ashes" I feel this could have definately been asked in a kinder way.
I understand that these people have to distance themselves from these things sometimes but they should try to remember that this is people's animals and family members that you are taking about. A little sensitivity training would go along way. Seriously unimpressed with this vet clinic at this point...

My little dog was fixed here last week and he is healing up great. All of the support and care has been wonderful. They took good care of him.

Everything seemed great, until we got a call that our cat we brought to get spade was over dosed on pain meds by 3x the amount that she should have gotten. 👏🏻 Luckily she is alive waiting to get her tomorrow.

We live in Airdrie and drive to Strathmore for all our vet needs. My parents recommended this vet because they were the only ones who could properly stitch up their Irish Wolfhound after he was nuetured (they also treat livestock so are familiar with large animals). The prices are much better than the city and we have never had unnecessary costs pushed on us, in fact they do all they can to save us money. The vet texted me a picture of my dog with a note that her spay went well, which was so nice. This is the only vet we will ever go to, even if we have to drive 45 min to get there. Its worth it!

I have taken my 14 animals here for the past 7 years, without an issue, but today was different ... a medical error was made!

I had very specifically and distinctly declined vaccines, microchip and tattoo for my cat, but when I picked him up he was tattooed! A worse mistake could have cost him his life! It's enough that I now have to detox the heavy metals in the tattoo ink from his system!

Their "highly experienced" technician did NOT bother to read his paperwork, which was very clearly labelled "NO" under extra procedures. He was to be neutered, ONLY. I'm not certain why they choose to hire illiterate technicians, but my fur kids will have a new doctor, and he/she will be holistic so that this error can never reoccur.

Amazing staff! They are very accommodating. I go to both clinics in Langdon and Strathmore and always have a wonderful experience. They are so great with my boxer!
