Awesome service! Great prices and good selection! Their products are very well made. Love my C-Stands and my huge 5x5 octagon soft box.

I ordered a light stand for a new light and wanted to use it for an upcoming shoot and ordered early. I received my order a couple days later but unfortunately I got shipped the wrong item. I contacted StrobePro and explained to them that I did not receive the item and I ordered and how urgent it was for me to get the stand that I ordered. The rep I spoke to was genuinely apologetic and assured me that he would resolve the situation for me immediately. I explained to the rep that I needed the item for the weekend for an photoshoot I had scheduled. Within 30 min of that phone call I had email with a new tracking number and my item was shipped to my within 24hr. The product is exactly what I wanted and is in good working order.

Sometimes mistakes happen when item are shipped to a customer, but it is how the company resolves issues is what matters the most to consumer. I am very pleased with how StrobePro resolved my issue and understood the importance of my order and my commitment to my clients. I will definitely be ordering again from them merely on the level of their customer service. I would highly recommend purchasing goods from them.

Very knowledgeable team that are all photographers. They also have experience with the products they sell. Always willing to give tips on how to best use equipment.

Incredible value. Products are well built but the service is really what sets them apart. Quick responses and incredible depth of knowledge, wish they were local to me (Vancouver), but shipping is so effortless it's still not a deterrent. Great business!!
