Great space! The museum is fun for all ages and they have some interesting pieces such as Elton John's piano. They have a number of musical instruments you can try out as well. Keep an eye out for events at this location. They have the Studio Bell After Hours series each month in the evening with a bar and music set up. Makes for a fun date night or a night out with friends. Great addition to the East Village neighborhood.

Wonderful place to go with any crowd for any occasion or exploration. We went on a tour of the museum and it was very educational and entertaining. Great for kids as the interactive displays, instruments, and other attractions keep them distracted and busy. The staff and very kind and great to go on a tour with. Totally worth it.

Great building design. Lots of cool areas to take Instagram worthy photos. The interactive area were a lot of fun to explore. Recommend that everyone start from level 5 and work your way down to main level. Start with the fun interactive stuff on level 4 and 3

A very interesting place to visit. I was performing there as part of the Calgary Civic Symphony. The big focus on contemporary and popular music. I am told the tours are really good. The building is neat too!

My kids ages 4 to 9 had a great time. We spent 2 hours on levels 3 and 4. They are the most interactive we were told. The kids and I got to try all kinds of instruments and do little lessons on touch screens with headphones. The staff were really friendly. The guy who did the movie organ demo was excellent.

Incredible event venue and beautiful design. The acoustics of each space are impressive. Staff is very helpful. Check out Rosso Coffee in the main level!

Quite a fascinating place. The architecture alone is worth checking out. All the staff was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The live demonstrations of certain instruments along with the stories of their history are quite interesting. Lots of areas where you can actually interact with various instruments and music production equipment make it weLL worth the price of admission. There is always something going on here, whether it be live performances, tours demos etc. It's a place that everyone should check out at least once, it's quite easy to spend an afternoon there and one of those places that you'll learn something new everytime you return.

Fantastic experience. If you're any sort of a music lover, you have to explore this place. It's one of the most interesting hands-on museum experiences I've ever had. Go around with a tour guide, you learn more than you would on your own. And you will want to go back at least once more on your own afterwards.

Went here for the first time today. As a percussionist, I found this very interesting. They had lots of artifacts and you could play a good deal of them. The architecture of this place is also really neat. I like the cafe on the bottom here as well.
