I cannot believe how enjoyable it could be to purchase a vehicle! My vehicle was totalled in Saskatoon so I had not been 'in the market'. I found a similar one at Subaru Calgary on-line (Cargurus) and contacted Lennon. From the first point of contact , Lennon was attentive to every detail in assisting me in purchasing a vehicle 'on line'. What struck me is Lennon's sincere investment in my experience. From personally driving and inspecting the detailing of the vehicle, to following up with me after it arrived, Lennon was involved and I was extremely impressed. The finance person Ryan Romano was also extremely thorough and helpful. I only wished I could have met these two fellows in person!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Matthew Jorge of Subaru Calgary for the purchase of a new car. Matthew was very easy to work with, had a sound understanding of Subaru vehicles and competitor products, and created a car non-pressure buying experience, which was appreciated. Having purchased many vehicles in the past, I'm always on my "guard" for dealerships trying to pull "fast ones." There was none of that in my dealings with Subaru Calgary and Matthew. All was done to our satisfaction, and Matthew followed through on his assurances. Thanks for making this work Matthew. We love the car!!!

I have been looking through many different dealers in Calgary recently for a new car. After feeling defeated, I was about to just give up. Luckily, a few days ago I decided to give Subaru a try. Boy, was I blown away at how professional one sales member was in particular! Dylan told me everything I needed to know and more. He was honest and straightforward with what all of the details.

If anybody is looking for reliable quality and service, this is the one and Dylan made it especially easy for me. I highly recommend Subaru to get what you want.

My sales guy Giovanni was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Highly recommended talking with him if you have the chance. Not your typical "sales" guy and that's what made dealing with him even easier. Very much enjoying our 2011 Outback! Thanks Subaru Calgary and Giovanni.

Dylan was super helpful and he did the best he could to make us happy. I totally understand he needs to follow the company's policy and work with what he has (which is not good enough and it is not his fault), so first I need to say that Dylan was GREAT. However, if you are looking for any used car that has more than 120,000 km and expect to get the extended warranty I don't recommend this place at all. Subaru Calgary only offers one type of extended warranty for cars with LESS THAN 120,000 km and the price to get it is extremely expensive. Any car with over 120,000 km cannot have the extended warranty Subaru Calgary offers (and they are selling lots of cars with more than 120,000 km). It does not make any sense.
Moreover, if you want to TRADE your car Subaru Calgary is a terrible place to do it as they will give you half or less of the price that other dealers are offering for your vehicle.
We fell in love with one used car and we were ready to buy, but there was no warranty available and the price they offered for our trade vehicle was a joke. We have visited other places while we were searching for a car that would meet our needs. All the other places were offering the double they offered for our trade car plus the extended warranty, so we went there expecting to get a similar offer. It was disappointing to go through this situation as we finally found "the perfect car" but we could not get it.
I don't understand why Subaru Calgary sell used cars if they cannot offer an extended warranty as everybody knows that any car is unpredictable, especially the used ones.
Subaru Calgary really should take better care of their customers.

IMHO, what makes a great dealership is not just the great deal you get when you buy, but how they respond after purchase when something needs fixing. For instance, Ernie at Subaru Calgary waived the full cost of a repair instead of saying no, technically it's not a dealer problem. He listened carefully and then made the call to keep this customer happy. And that's not the only example. The staff at Subaru Calgary, in my experience, are friendly and professional and try to do everything they can to provide the best service. I will be going back to Subaru Calgary not just for my next service but for my next car too.

I have been a client of Subaru Calgary since i purchased my first Subaru in 2012. I have recently upgraded my vehicle from a 2011 Subaru Impreza to a 2013 Subaru Legacy 3.6r limited. I am totally jacked and excited to drive my new vehicle. Subaru Calgary has always gone above and beyond for me and my vehicle needs. They made the experience of trading my vehicle and upgrading extremely seamless. i know that i can always expect friendly staff and professional advice. When looking to purchase a Subaru, i would highly recommend checking out Subaru Calgary. The reception received in the Parts Department was excellent, very knowledgeable and prompt to help. My experience with the Service side of the dealership, which was my primary reason for going there, was absolutely terrible. I had called in to make an appointment and was told the cost of an oil change, which seemed to be a competitive price so I booked the appointment. I then drove 45 minutes from out of town to have my car serviced. When I got there I had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone could see me, understandable as they said they were busy, but when I was finally assisted it turns out that the price I was quoted did not include GST or any other fees, which raised the price an additional 25-30%. Maybe make sure to disclose the TOTAL COST of the oil change over the phone, regardless of the distance that the person has to travel, but especially if they are coming from out of town. I will now not be doing business here, particularly in the next little while when I look to trade that vehicle in for a new Outback and I would advise everyone to request the fine print of a service before coming in for an appointment.

Great sales experience from Giovanni, didn't need to beat around the bush, provided me with a great offer (thanks to the sales manager Ken as well) right away! Every encounter was enjoyable and Ryan from Finance was the best finance person I have ever met. Impressed with the team at Subaru Calgary, will be back in 2 years to replace my other car!

Coming from someone who reads these reviews, I definitelty took into consideration everyone's comments and concerns before heading into Subaru Calgary.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff. Our salesperson was very helpful and did not rush us into any quick sale. Without a hesitation he gave us all the info we needed to make an informed decision on our vehicle purchase. He also informed us of any possible deductions such as the student and loyalty discounts.

The finance manager was fair and definitely played around with all options to get me the best possible deal. Overall I would absolutely recommend Subaru Calgary to my friends and family.

Chris was a very good salesman. Not at all pushy and very sensitive about my needs. The whole experience at this dealership was pleasant and i am a happy owner of a car that i wanted. I would recommend Chris and his dealership to anyone else.

Went in on Saturday and the Service Dept was busy, the gentleman that helped me came out of the front office. He did introduce himself but I can not remember his name, nice fellow and very helpful, he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of with my 3M problem and was much appreciated. Glad I own a Subaru and I now know what to expect for service at this dealer as I am new in Calgary. I was not sure what dealer to go to so I read reviews on Google and chose this one. thought I would pass on my experience.

Went to get 2 dash bulbs. I was the only one as a walk-in, about mid morning. I told reception what I wanted, was asked to please stand over there and we will call someone to help you. Which they did, I proceeded to wait, while waiting the phone rang three times with people asking for parts, those calls must of been taken because they did not come back to the reception line. As they chatted away I began to realize I'm not gonna get any help, so I walked out after waiting 20 minutes, bought them from Canadian Tire instead.
