I purchased my new Forester in January and I am very satisfied with my purchase and with the help that I've received from Bill Wong. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He has been very quick to respond to my questions. I recently had an issue with my remote starter and thanks to Bill, he was able to connect me to Certified Radio and the issue was resolved within minutes!

I've only had my Forester in for servicing once, but they were professional and very accommodating when I had to pick up my vehicle outside of the service department hours.

I highly recommend Bill and Subaru City to my friends.

Ensure to Read bottom for the later Details....!

This part was upon the sale, below is after the fact!

I went in to Subaru City to check out the stock as I was searching for a new vehicle (a little push from the bf to check out subaru specifically.. ;p), we were welcomed soon after scanning the show room vehicles by Greg Harrison. He devoted his full attention to us pretty quickly and was ready to ask questions, and answer any questions I had. He was knowledgeable and accomodating, he didn't push (especially a positive trait as I get nervous and run in those situations!). He was ready when I was for any test drives, any information, and left us to discuss regularly so we weren't pressured! He was quick to offer and grab anything from coffee to pizza when he would leave us to discuss, he would grab assistance for any lonely customers he would see walking aimlessly around the showroom with no guidance, so customer service you could tell was important to him. Needless to say, I ended up leasing my vehicle from him, he had answers to all my questions, was welcoming to any guests I brought back in the future as I was reviewing my pick over and over again, and let me decide on my own whether or not that was the one for it. I love my car, and I am quite happy with the service I received from him, and the dealership and would recommend them again to any friends (many of which already are contemplating my current car and whether they need a new one within the near future! ;p)
I also enjoyed the swag I received from them :) :)

After the sale......
Since buying my great WRX from the dealership, I was told by my salesman I would get a couple calls, one for deals on a car starter he said he would get a discount every couple months after selling a few. NO CALL AS OF YET.
My salesman also said he would give me a call when their winter tires came in and were on sale this fall... AGAIN NO CALL AS OF YET.
So obviously these nice offers were just to get a signature and a commission.

Then, when I heard a rumbling sound in my right passenger door speaker, I brought it in, they said it would take a couple hours and gave me a courtesy vehicle for the day, when I called the next day because I hadn't heard anything about my car, I FINALLY had somebody take it apart AFTER I called at the end of DAY 2, just to tell me they have to order the part in and will need my car again in a week when it comes in.
Well that was lame, I borrowed your vehicle, had to drive across town twice before/after work and I live out of the city so that's an extra hour on my drive TWICE plus I was supposed to do it again the next week. THAT WAS RIDICULOUS. So when I mentioned it being very inconvenient to the service expert (Robert) I said I would take a "free service (just oil change) because of the inconvenience" got his card to email him about it when it was time. I emailed him two weeks ago about it and haven't heard back. I haven't yet brought my car back to them, and after all this I might not every, I might as well pay somebody else for the customer service factor. So FYI if you buy your car from there, don't expect your salesman to follow through on anything he offers at a later date, and also, if the service centre offers you an inconvenience service, obviously you have to get a contract with their signature to actually receive this.

The service dept is fantastic and this dealership actually answers their phone when you call them :). My windshield fluid froze up with our first blast of winter. They were able to squeeze me in on short notice to get it working on my way to work today. Not only that, but they also didn't charge me an arm and a leg when I was in dire need of a quick service call. Only 4 stars since their prices seem to be a little on higher side (on cars and parts), but if you would like better service it may be worthwhile paying a little more. At the very least, it's worth getting a price from them once you know what you want to buy.

We came in to check out the Crosstrek 2017.. Met Greg Harrison and helped us out. He is an awesome guy, accommodating at least 3 clients at a time but giving us equal attention, managing his time and our time efficiently. I was amazed as how he multitask. No time is wasted. We were able to set the deal that same day. Paula and Lori upstairs were awesome too, very accommodating. They all make your business with them friendly and professional. Thanks a lot guys for making my and my husband's first car deal a good experience! God bless!

I've had my previous car for 14 years, so purchasing a new one was a little bit over whelming. I came into this dealership and had Greg Harrison help me and my husband out. He was friendly at first. I came in and test drove the Legacy 2017 and the Crosstek 2017 and was debating between the two. I came in with the intention of purchasing a vehicle but just having to figure out which Subaru vehicle I wanted. When I couldn't decide, he said "give it a couple of days and come back". A couple of days turned into a week as our schedules didn't align. But during that time I checked out other vehicles to make sure I wasn't absolutely in love with any other vehicles. I went and ended up taking a look at a used 2015 with a tech package, and fell in love with the pricing. Ended up purchasing it. Greg sent me a text a couple of days after I had purchased the vehicle just to see how I was doing. I had said "I'm sorry but I went ahead with another vehicle". He then shot me a text saying "Thanks for wasting my time". I was taken a back by the text message. I understand that salesmen are on commission but that response was not necessary. He then sent another message stating "I hope they treat you well". I took it as a snarky remark as the first text message was a little rude. I deleted the message and took the high road and didn't respond. I would still recommend this place to my friends and family but not that particular salesman.

We bought a Crosstrek from Subaru City and had a very positive experience. The usually stressful situation of having to buy a new vehicle was made easy and comfortable; no pressure or coercion. Greg Harrison is an amazing guy! So friendly and helpful; we really felt he had our best interests in mind and works very hard to accommodate our needs. We will recommend him and Subaru City to our friends and family.

Excellent service all around. Theresa Warenycia ensured we understood all aspects of the new technology, as I am hard of hearing and she often had to repeat herself. She certainly had a lot of patience. She also made a "cheat sheet" for quick reference for some common items,to make things easier for me. Paula was also very patient going over the financial details, making copies of documents for my own reference,
We found buying this car to be very stress free. Overall we are very pleased and impressed with the service.

I chose Greg Harrison to deal with for the purchase of a new Subaru Forester after reading positive reviews. I am happy with the attention and service I received. I really felt he was trying to get me the best deal for my vehicle. Paula is finance was also great to work with, going above and beyond to help make everything as easy as possible. Overall, a very friendly dealership and exceptional service!

Had a very positive experience buying my first new car. If you're buying a car, check out Subaru City and ask for Greg Harrison! He is not pushy, has great communication skills and genuinely looks out for your interests first above his own. Lori in the finance department was also very patient and helpful. I'm very happy with my Impreza and will return in the future. Greg offers a personal touch and exceeded my expectations, would highly recommend!
