Subway

This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to.

Today I went for a sub to support sub day and give a meal to someone in need... and I left feeling so uncomfortable I couldn't even speak.

I drove my car in the freezing cold, and terrible road conditions to arrive at a very, very busy subway. I figured, "it's okay - today is a big day for them, I should have expected the wait".

They had only two staff members one seemed to be a dad and son. The dad was very grumpy and kind of pushy with the ordering process of the customers in from of me. The son seemed to be more kind with customers, but she ill rude.

Anyway, the customers in front of me were one large group, then a couple. Then there was me, and a large family behind me. The ordering process went as is should for everyone in front of me and even for me, at the beginning.

I was called upon to make my sub and everything seemed normal, I asked for my sub to be toasted. Then a strange woman came out of the back and all the staff started talking to each other in a different language while making sandwiches. I thought "well that is alienating but... But what can I do?"

They never toasted my sub. They just completely forgot my sub on the table and toasted the entire family of six people behind me.

Then they started to dress my sub with lettuce completely disregarding the fact my sub wasn't toasted.

I said, "no, I would like I sub toasted - and I also don't want lettuce on my whole sub. Why didn't you ask me first? Maybe I PLEASE have my sub toasted?"

They then took out the other order of the family of six behind me and started making all of their subs.

Eventually they toasted mine, and shoved in amid the subs being made... Where I couldn't stand next to my sub. I don't go to subway all the time. I had no idea what I wanted to use as toppings - but I knew I wanted the same process as everyone else. I did not get that.

I was surrounded by the confused family of six trying to make their subs.

It was incredibly uncomfortable.
I got my meal and left.

I have no idea if I contributed to someone in need.... I felt like I was treated unlike everyone else in the line because I only had one sub. I felt small.

The real kicker of this whole thing is that I got a hair in my sub.

A short, old, man hair. Gross.

I will never come here again.

Should have gone to Panago. Save your time and money. Do not come here.

Very cheap owners, EXTREMELY SLOW and ignorant. I've been there only twice, and every time I made a promise to myself NEVER EVER to return to this branch. I am a big Subway fan, and it's too bad that even though I live in Tuscany, I avoid this location.
The person working there never listens to what you ask for, they refuse to put enough toppings (as in other branches).

I agree with every bad review, and every good review is clearly given by friends of the franchise owners.

I work within the strip mall and have given this place serval chances. Each time the service has been horrible, if you ask for more toppings they ignore you.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because you have to.

Buy a sub or donair from Macs across it.

They charge more than other subways for their subs. Stingy on the toppings. The woman isn't very friendly, and neither is the owners son. The owner is alright, but I prefer the subway at the macs in silver springs. They are polite and aren't offended when you ask for more toppings

Cheep bastards did not honor breakfast coupon...they said they were "out of breakfast english muffins". Did not offer to make sandwich on bread loaf.
They barely spoke english. Would NEVER recommend...Horrible people.

The best subway store I've been to in my entire life. Honestly, I've never been treated so good in subway shop before. The owner is chill, and same with the employee. One of the owners son is a hot guy, and if any girls was to go into the shop, they would want to rip his pants off. Aside from that, this was the best subway experience of my life.

Tuscany Subway has recently become my favourite Subway and the one I frequently visit. Delicious food cemented with incredible customer service. They are very generous with the vegetables and little things like this put them over the top. The employees always have great big smiles that never fail to brighten my day. I honestly feel like I've been treated as family. 5 star establishment throughout.
