Subway

Great toasted Turkey sub; fast friendly service, nicely made and packaged sub. I don't get in here very often, but I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back.

My wife and I ate at this location only to become very sick later. Despite having different types of sandwiches we still had the same type of bread, cheese and cookies. The stomach pain was intense and we lost a night of sleep. The next day of work was difficult as we were both stuck to the toilet constantly feeling like we were going to puke. I went to call and let the manager know of this issue but I was told by an employee that they were unaware when the manager would be at the store again. We won't be coming back. Food poisoning is serious and scary business.

Aforementioned by other reviewers; the customer service at this location is often VERY poor. Today I was denied lettuce on my Panini because it "breaks the machine".
Not sure why the only consistency at this location, even after numerous poor google reviews, is the terrible customer service.
When is someone at Subway HQ going to step in?
I will not be visiting this location again... there are too many other options within 1-2 blocks, in ANY direction; Shawarma, Vietsub, Heritage Bakery, McDonald's, Wendy's, Westbrook Mall food court, etc.
This location is dead to me.

One of the worst subways I've been to. Three people working and had the slowest service I've seen, no greeting, no request for what I wanted. Two workings were having a lengthy conversation in a foreign language while we were waiting to be acknowledged. I got impatient and stepped in to politely request my meal. One of the workers very slowly started to make my sandwich without asking me what I wanted it made of. Had to repeat myself multiple times. This is the worst service I've recieved at a subway in Calgary

While it seems to be a pretty tidy location, and I enjoy Subway's food, I find this location's parking situation to be a pain in the butt.
I also had a bad experience at this location, related to accessibility. The staff there originally refused to serve me due to my having a service dog, which is against the law. I took this to their Calgary head office, who were terrific and extremely helpful! They even had me do a speech and help to educate the S. Alberta's Subway franchise owners! Hopefully this location is more accepting and tolerant now, towards people who have disabilities and/or who use a service dog!

Nice location and very clean, they kindly stayed open to let us finish eating.

I have been viting this place for every morning for a week, and the lady who works there is extremely rude and very lazy. Every morning it takes her forever to make a beakfast sandwich. This morning, she knows I am in the store since she saw me come in but she want to the back of the store and would not come to serve me. And the coffee I got is only 2/3 full, I specifically said no room for cream. Do not visit this store on 17Ave SW

There was 8 people in line and only one guy working the whole thing. He was incredibly slow and made no effort to make the line go faster. I came in with 20 minutes to spare, should be plenty of time to get a sub. Had to leave before i even got to order.

The lady in the morning is not very friendly. I've been there twice now when she was serving and she doesn't talk at all she just looks at me as a way to ask what I want.

Worst customer service. They claimed that they couldn't cancel my order after they had made a mistake and didn't ring in my coupon. That's called lying!
