About Sugar Illusions
Sugar Illusions is a private business licenced with the City of Calgary to teach pastry skills.
We are also licensed with AHS and bake in a commercial kitchen we rent.
We create custom wedding, and celebration cakes, cookies and macarons.

My name is Stacy Coderre. I am a certified red seal pastry chef.
I have loved all things baking related, they have always been included in the most special moments in time. I have been continuing my art of sugar sculptures by taking specialty sculpting classes, and learning and refining my talents.
I would now like to share this world of Sugar Illusions.
We are a city of Calgary licenced buisness.
Sugar Illusions will be teaching, and selling my sugar sculptures. Projects will vary and custom pieces can be ordered.
