The place is clean and organize. The staffs are approachable and they're doing their job well. I highly recommend this registry and the wonderful examiner, Mr. Ron, if you want to take your road test.

Thanks to my driving school instructor Mr. Amrik Dubb for bringing me there. The staffs are so nice especially to the "white guy" examenaire... Just pass my road test yesterday in 1 time...

More than a five star for the staff and definitely for Steve, my examiner. Best examiner I have ever seen. Usually I get nervous at exam situation. However, he is such a good person that you will never forget. Does not matter how good you drive, but examiner does matter. I strongly recommend Steve.

Got my driver's license here without so much as a hiccup. Everyone from the two desk staff I had to the driving evaluator was excellent. I live extremely close to All Licenses Ltd. (right near Steinhauer) but I made the extra trip to come here since All Licenses Ltd. is absolutely awful. It was definitely a great decision and I'd recommend Summerside Registry to anyone in a heartbeat.

Best registry in Edmonton.Been here for 3 yrs.now.Registry staff are so accomodating and they give you always the best smile on earth.Proud of you ladies.��

The staff were friendly and the examiner was not intimidating. I felt nervous at first during the road test but Sunil just had the right words to say.

Best to take your road-test especially the examiner is Mr.Vipin👍🏻👍🏻 He's very cool guy.

Went to the registry because we had a few questions and how to deal with the current situation on a car, First we were given the wrong info then waited in line again to talk to someone . With 5 people just either walking around and on the computer, there was 4 of us in the line and only one clerk to help. Stood in line for 15 mins just to be served by someone while others were just watching

Really bad customer service

Worst registry ever. I bought a brand new car and got into an accident (someone ran a red and hit me). My vehicle was in repairs for 2 months, and I was to be moving to Ontario as of December 1. Well we didn't get the car back until December 3rd, which was a Saturday. The only registry open near us was Summerside. We went there to register the car before driving out and the representative told us we had to pay our traffic tickets first which we did, then told us she could only provide a temporary registration... we had no idea the mess this would create. Get to Ontario to actually register the car and now have to pay 13% tax on my 40 thousand dollar car which I simply do not have! To register the vehicle in Alberta all I needed was my bill of sale, I'D and proof of Alberta insurance, all which was provided!!!! This mess could have been avoided had she just fully registered my car not given me a temporary registration. Thanks Summerside!

Waited over an hour for a simple fax to be received, not because it hadn’t arrived within 3 minutes of my arrival, but because the person behind the counter decided not to check for 60 minutes. Pathetic excuse for service.
