This week the campers channeled their artistic side as we focused on all things creative! A big thank you tor Mary Brown's for sponsoring this weeks hot lunch!

Don't forget about our August Beach Date! Enjoy a delicious meal with your SO right on the beach at Lake Summerside! Choose your meal of steak or chicken complete with garlic bread, mashed potatoes and vegetables! Each meal comes with a complimentary bottle of red or white wine! Good news Residents! We added another session to our Paul Sadler Swimland week long extensive program! This runs August 20 - August 24. Classes run in 20 minutes segments from 11:30 to 1:30! Please call the office to register! Do so quickly as the deadline to register will be August 1st! Remember a high quality Bare wetsuit is included with the cost of the program! Greetings Residents, Unfortunately due to the high winds, heavy rain and thunderstorms, our Sip and Sizzle event is unable to occur tonight. Although we were prepared to host an enjoyable event, even bringing in additional tent coverage for rain, we could not expect the severity of the storm that hit and unfortunately it took a toll on our event set up. In addition, it created a situation that, even if we cleaned up quickly, our food and entertainment service would still not be able to properly and safely prepare and perform. Due to this occurrence, the Sip and Sizzle event will be postponed. Please watch for an update. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hey Residents of Summerside! Take a look at the updated maintenance map for your community. This map outlines what are team maintains around Summerside and what the city maintains! Please remember that you are responsible for lawn and tree maintenance of the boulevard, same as snow removal from city sidewalks. Please ensure you maintain your lawn and boulevard to keep our community looking great!

ALOHA SUMMERSIDE, Are you ready to Sip and Sizzle?
A little rain can't stop a luau. Although the weather looks a little uncertain, our Sip and Sizzle event will still be happening this Friday from 6 pm - 10 pm. Don't worry if it rains because we will be bringing in extra tent coverage to ensure this event is every bit as fun as it would be in the sun! We will also be having some awesome entertainment including a foam pit, hawaiian dancers, photobooth and DJ, this event is ...sure to be a blast even if it is a little wet. The hawaiian show will be 8:30 pm - 9:00 pm.
Tickets are still available to be purchased on eventbrite at https://ssrasipandsizzle.eventbrite.ca. Ticket sales will end on Thursday so make sure to buy your tickets NOW! After Thursday Tickets can be purchased at the event for $10 cash only . Ticket comes with a complimentary cocktail and appetizer. Extra cocktails and appetizers can be purchased for $3 each cash only.
Please remember this is an ADULT ONLY event and your LAKE SUMMERSIDE MEMBERSHIP CARD, EVENTBRITE TICKET, AND VALID GOVERNMENT ID IS REQUIRED FOR CHECK-IN.

Come to the Beach Club and witness some of the best triathletes in Canada! The Victory Triathlon is coming to Summerside for the second year! On July 14th athletes will take part in the swim, bike and run through the Summerside community!
Due to a closed course (which makes it safer for athletes) there will be some road use interruptions as well as parking bans for certain areas for a short period of time during the event.
If this affects you, and you have questions or conce...rns, please contact victorytriathlon@gmail.com. The attached map, indicates the course and roads that will be affected during this event. There will be NO vehicle traffic on the marked course July 14, 2018 from 6:00am-11:00am. Please make other arrangements for parking and commuting during these times. Thank you for your understanding!

i feel aggravated on what i have experienced, security is not prioritized because some employees maybe not concern on what they do. I left my card at the boat rental station, presented it hand by hand, i know its my fault that i forgot my card however i dont get why its missing and telling me that maybe it was given out to a wrong person, i dont care paying $10 to replace it but for a simple job to double check or give the card back to the actual owner is not that difficult considering they are asking for the membership card before using the ammenities at the lake, additionally the card has a picture and name on it.
