Great news! The small hockey rink on the basketball court is now open!

Good morning! Skating is now open on the upper rink! Just a reminder that this rink is for pleasure skating only - no hockey.
We are working on the small hockey rink on the basketball court but it isn’t ready to go yet.
The lake ice is still closed to foot traffic at this time. We are monitoring conditions and will post once it is open.

The park is now open until 10pm. Unfortunately, skating on the top rink is not open yet. Our crew is working hard on it and we’ll post an update once it’s open.
The small toboggan hill is open. The big hill facing the lake is closed due to unsafe lake ice.

Office Renovations The last time you saw us, we looked a little ragged. We heard the comments... It’s been 11 years, and so we’re getting ready to spruce ourselves up to serve you better. It’s a little dusty and noisy, but you’ll find us ready to help you in the open area next door to our member office while we renovate. It’s like a Christmas surprise because your member office will be ready for, yep you guessed it, your Christmas holidays! In the meantime, please excuse the dust. We're looking forward to showing off your new Member Office for the holiday season! 😊🎄⛄️

Lake Sundance will be offering a New Year’s Eve fireworks display on December 31st at 9 pm. This display is open to all members & guests. Members do NOT need to purchase tickets to enter the park to watch the fireworks.

Join us in the banquet room for music, dancing, and entertainment provided by magician Richard Rondeau as we welcome 2019. We’ll do an early countdown for the kiddies, with fireworks at 9 pm. Ticket price includes party favors, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. Tickets will be available at the lake office starting Dec 3rd for a charge of $25 per member family**. Tickets are limited and are available in advance only. At purchase time, you must provide a list of household members who will be in attendance, for supply purposes. **If there are still tickets available as of Dec 15th, then members may purchase 1 ticket for a non-member family at a cost of $35.00 per family.

Santa is coming to Lake Sundance for our 14th Annual Family Christmas Party! There will be skating, tobogganing, crafts for the kids, and hayrides with Santa. Sit by the fire and enjoy cake and hot chocolate. Please help us reduce waste by bringing your own “to go” mugs for hot chocolate.

Ice is beginning to form on the lake so the Thin Ice signs have been put out and will remain up until we have desired ice depths for foot traffic! Please stay OFF of all ice until it is deemed safe. All boating is now closed for the season.

With the legalization of cannabis, we would like to remind members and their guests that smoking, vaping and use of ANY intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited on the grounds of Lake Sundance. This includes both entrances to the park, all buildings, beaches, green spaces and on the lake. Members are absolutely responsible for their guests behavior.

Our Annual General Meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 16, 2018 in the banquet room at the lake. Financial Statements and proxy forms will be available at the lake office a couple of days prior to the meeting.
The following items will be on the agenda: -Presentation of the auditor’s report -A brief presentation from our Limnologist about his water quality sampling and the lake health assessment he performed this spring and summer.... -Election of Board of Directors
All members in good standing are encouraged to join us. Please be sure to bring photo ID with you.
