Update: Even though they left a message on this post saying to contact them they never returned my calls or emails to try and work something out. These guys are just out for your money. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

We had bought a used vehicle through this dealership a few months ago.Our salesman was Abel. When we purchased the vehicle I asked if there were two keys that came with the vehicle. Its touch less entry and I knew they were expensive keys to replace. He assured me there were two keys that came with the vehicle. By the time we went to pick up the vehicle the other key magically disappeared. Abel assures us that they will replace the key as soon as they can order one in. Well its been about 4 or 5 months and still no key. We have tried calling the managers in the dealership and they will not return our calls either. I have never had a worse experience buying a vehicle and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't shop there anymore either.

Referred my cousin to Sundridge when she was looking for a new SUV. The experience was great from beginning to end. Nam and the rest of the team took the time to let her look at multiple vehicles and the financing was a breeze (thanks Alex)! Second vehicle for our family here because the service is awesome even after you purchase the vehicle!

Thank you Daniel Hagan for managing us through our recent car search. With a new 16 year old driver now on the scene we started a search to add a car to our home fleet. Dan was absolutely the right person to work with on this project. He respected our budget and offered great ideas and insight to the various options we had. We ended up with a mid sized 2012 AWD SUV that is save and fits the boys and their hockey gear perfectly. Exceptionally poor customer service at the service department. Will never go here again. Last service, was my last time. As a customer I book appointment on my convenience, not yours. When I come for my appointment I expect to be treated well and to my request confirmation to be handled and not told to come at a later time. Which I had to since you gave me no choice, and I had to manage all my appointments based on your schedule and availability of a loaner vehicle. Which was eventually given. But the negligence or non communication in your system costed me an extra trip, phoning and changing my appointments, inconvenience of the whole point of me taking a day off. Annica thanks for your help, but I won't be coming back there again.

Had to come here for a couple if parts that the usual chains didn't have in stock, and the Parts guy was extremely helpful and polite! Very refreshing change for buying parts from a dealership! Of course you still have to pay the premium dealership price, but that's to be expected.

After 3 days of using our brand new 2017 Pathfinder, passenger airbag off light is lighting up all the time so we went to Nissan Sunridge the next day. To our surprise, there was a broken piece of equipment in the passenger airbag side which rendered said airbag useless and needed to be repaired/replaced. How could that happen to a brand new vehicle? They didn't give a satisfactory answer and kept trying to put the blame on us saying we must have put something under the passenger seat. What kind of idiots do they think we are that we would put something under a seat when there's lots of perfectly good space in the car? They made my husband pay $338, which they later refunded because we refused to pay for something we weren't responsible for. They ordered the needed equipment and asked us to come back once it arrives. My husband went back and they made him wait hours only to tell him that he can't get the car because they need more time to fix it. Unbelievable! Until now we still haven't gotten the car back and I'm regretting even setting eyes on this place. I thought we were getting a new car, turns out we were getting a nightmare.

Worst customer service.
I have a 2014 Nissan Rogue has FOUR recalls need to be done. I phoned the service department today and wanted to schedule an appointment for service. I gave the VIN number and the representative told me that all the recalls are OUTSTANDING. Even the one notice on the end of 2016.
Then, I called STADIUM NISSAN about the FOUR recalls appointment. Everything set up in few minutes. I know all the recalls cost are responsible by the Nissan not independent dealership.
I will not go back to Sunridge Nissan in the future even close to where I live.

Fantastic Team who won't sell out their integrity or values to make a sale.
Honest sales people, which is not often found in some industries.
When looking at the options they allow you time look over the vehicles, and they don't rush you.
So take the time you need, as you need it and they'll make sure you're happy.

Don't fall for their "free" oil change scam. The only time it's free is when you go for the rare just oil change service. Most times you are needing additional services, so they only subtract $50 off the service, when they typically charge $80 for an oil change. They should be taking off $80 off your bill. I'll not buy from them again. Bunch of scam artists. Go to Royal Oak or Stadium. You'll get a better deal there as well. Both those locations offered me a better price, Sunridge said they would match only after wanting to charge me $4,000 more. I bought from them because they oversold the free oil changes for 3 years. Don't be fooled by management's response. They did nothing to resolve my concerns.

Feels like management is doing many things to keep this place on top. Oil change was cheaper than I expected, free fluid top-up is a great bonus. Nissan car care event was nice. I often receive discount coupons for service and other promotions, birthday greetings, recall updates which shows they care. Stuff is friendly and honest. I've been always felling watchful to dealerships but this one has changed my mind.
