Sunridge Nissan Used

Aman Singh and Joanne Pilkington of the Finance Department are the best two finance managers I have ever dealt with.
I hear guaranteed credit approval on the radio all the time - and many places don’t stand up to their advertising. Sunridge Nissan is amazing, regardless of situation. They not only helped me with a vehicle - twice - but also had great advice how to change my finances and I am amazed how kind and honest they are.
I listened to their advice and am now into a great car at a great finance rate.
Aman explains things so easily without judgement that I was confident talking with him .
The other great thing is that Aman took all the time to ensure I bought the right vehicle for me at what I could afford.

If you like playing games then this is the place for you! Recently bought a used car from them. First thing I didn't like is that they raised the list price of the car from when it was initially advertised online. If it wasn't the particular model/trim/colour I was after I would have walked just because of that. Being from out of province (which they knew), I was not aware that in Alberta dealers are required by law to show all in pricing. When it came time to discuss the price they showed me a $500 doc fee. They did wave it during negotiation but should not have even tried to show it to begin with. Lastly the salesperson assured me that a cracked taillight lens won't affect an out of province inspection. Which is pure nonsense. I would not have cared if he had been honest or if he genuinely did not know, then at least just tell me that. Overall reconditioning process also very poor. Car had a cracked windshield which I am surprised they would not replace beforehand, especially since its safety related and the car had been on the lot for a few weeks. It was a 2012 vehicle not some $1,000 backlot special. I have seen reconditioning process at other Nissan dealerships and this definitely isn't the norm. Cant really say anything positive about Sunridge. High pressure sales environment with no concern for customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Had a really good experience buying a used car here with the help of Daniel Hagan. The whole process was straightforward and Dan was able to get the right car for the right price. He was eager to answer any questions and willing to go the extra mile to help the sale go through.

I was looking to trade in my car for an SUV. Originally everything was a bit out of my price range, however, Dan was incredibly diligent. In the end, I was able to get a an SUV that was better than my expectations, with a lower interest rate. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and the service at Sunridge Nissan.

Went in to trade my truck in, in hopes of finding something to lower my payments.. While originally not being open to a lot of options, Dan Hagan spent twelve hours, over the course of two days, going through several different vehicles that fit my needs and wants. He even went above and beyond what I would consider necessary, to look at other lots that he had access to, in order to find me a few more options. At the end of a long stretch, he was finally able to find me something I liked. He's a great salesman, who is willing to put in the time and effort to help a customer get what they want. Its like they say, you cant always get what you want, but sometimes, if you try, you get what you need. In my case, thanks to Dan, I got both!

Don't want trust sunrirdge nissan anymore, I brough two Rouge from them , now I'll never buy a Nissan 's car.

Dirty bastards lied to me and told me the bank required me to have extra warranty to receive the best interest rate. So my bad I guess, I should have known better. On the bright side the sales guy David was a super nice guy and very honest and helpful. It's the finance department that people need to look out for.

What a joke. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. These people have no idea what they are doing. Cannot even address questions in a timely manner. They also cannot figure out what paperwork belongs to what person. Do not waste your time here. They do not even know what they are doing. I asked for help and did not receive it. You need to have more respect for people. I am a human being and expected to be treated like one. Do not just pretend to care online, nice cover up.

Fahad Atkins is a great automotive consultant. Honest, upfront and straight to the point. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family members to him. Five stars!!!!
