I don't usually wait long to get my hair cut there and they do a good job.

I was so nervous to get my hair cut but clarissa quickly made all those worries vanish! She was so friendly and understanding and did such an awesome job on my cut (: thanks again girl!

I normally go somewhere else but have gone here before for trims. I figure how can you mess up a trim and it's cheaper than going to the salons. The girls I was put withname was Missy V She was so rude and all I can say is thank god for hats. It's been a month and my bangs are still only an inch long. She left the back so uneven and I was not going back to see her as I was terrified of what else she would mess up. I had to go to the salon to have it fixed. I'm so depressed. I know it's only hair and it will grow back but I can't wear a hat to work and thanks to missy V the people at work make the Star Trek hand symbol ( cause I look like Spock) when I walk bye. If you go there make sure the butcher I saw doesn't see you.

Came here a bunch of times for a typical man cut (short on top little longer at the front) wasn't done well this time. I came back in asking for a small fix. Now waiting for 60 minutes on something that would take 5 to fix. After waiting they did fix it free of charge, just a frustrating experience.

Poorly layered hair - not blended and sticks outs. Bottom hair was not even touched, looks like I have both short and long hair...

Went in wanting my maximum length hair cut as short in the back as possible, as I wanted to donate it to Locks of Love. The staff person failed to understand english, cut it pretty long in the back, didn't tie the cut hair well, and worst of all had NO idea what a "short, professional looking hair cut" ment. I left with a bag of badly tied hair and the hair on my head badly trimmed to the long length they had cut it to. Didn't have to pay, but still feel I was robbed.
