Supreme Auto Sales

Ali was helpful in letting us know the details of a number of vehicles that they had available, giving us something to compare to the one we had come into look at. He was flexible on letting us take the car for a test drive and worked with us on price. We were given details of the vehicle's history and a current product recall on one of the parts. Car seems to be running well so far.

Not really impress with after sale service. The car itself is not bad, but once I had a deposit on it, the service became awful. I was told, by Mr. Ali, that the car would be washed while I was going to finalize everything else (which gave him 2 hours to do it all). When I came back, nothing was done and he left the tank half full. Also, they did not even care to give me car manual. Am I just supposed to guess how everything works and what the lights mean.
SO, IF THEY CAN EVEN DO LITTLE THINGS FOR THE CUSTOMERS, HOW DO YOU THINK THEY WILL TREAT YOU WHEN IT IS A MAJOR THING ???
I gave them a chance to explain why they do not stand by their promises, but they don’t even bother coming up with an excuse. I haven’t heard from them and it has been a week. All they care about is getting your money. I have never seen that kind of customer service anywhere else.
So, do what you want, but you have been warned !!! You will not get any after sale services, no matter what they tell you. They just don’t stand by their words. Once they get your money, you mean nothing to them.

Just purchased my very first car from Supreme Auto. Mr Ali. helped me and he was so patient with all my questions and assisted me with every process. It was a great time and left very satisfied with a great car at great value. Highly recommend!

Ali helped me finance a car that I found myself on Kijiji. I compared his work (along with added warranty protection) with my bank's and his overall knowledge and client involvement far surpassed the service I was provided by my own bank. On top of all that he beat the bank's interest rate two-fold.

I bought a used car, Toyota RAV4 here in May and have been very happy with it. My experience at Supreme was excellent. The salesman was pretty laid back, helpful and easy to deal with. He gave me the opportunity to rest drive the car in my own and was flexible about payment and pick up.

The car has been running great. It had low mileage and a good price. I recommend them!

Supreme autos is a great dealer, they are very knowable, Prompt and a Helpful people. I bought my first car ever from them and so far for almost two years I am driving it with no issues whatsoever.

I bought this 2015 VW Jetta, and I am so happy with the car and with the service of the shop. I had been told that the vehicle was a rebuilt status, so I took it to the dealer for full inspection and I was told that quality of repair is a manufacturer standard. Thanks to those guys for the honesty and for the wonderful customer service. I saved more than %30 of the price if I bought this vehicle from else where............

Bought a 2013 GTI from Ali @ Supreme Auto Sales a few months ago. I knew the car was a rebuild, the price was reflective of that. He negotiated a good rate with the lender and followed up a few weeks ago. Very nice guy and not pushy whatsoever. He kept the dealership open after hours to negotiate and finish the paperwork.
