5 Star "PLUS" Rating - I own an automotive service and repair shop in Edmonton. My very good friend & client had his Dodge Truck serviced and the Turbo replaced by us prior to heading off to the Yukon for holidays. The Turbo started having trouble on the way North. After some challenges trying to find someone in Grande Prairie to look at it we ended up calling Supreme Diesel in Sexsmith. Lori and Dan were not only super to deal with and accommodating but had a technician stay late to diagnos and replace a new yet faulty Turbo actuator motor. Trevor, the technician working on it, called my cell with the bad news. He provided a used part solution and stayed to complete the repair. Never mind above and beyond. These folks are amazing and my good friend was on his way first thing this morning - Thank you Supreme Diesel for being "Awesome"

I think it is about time that I came forward and clarified a few things regarding Ernie's statement as narrated by someone other than Ernie himself!! Yes it was two and a half years ago. But does the time lapse justify the oversights (sloppy workmanship) and dishonesty. (The oversights will be noted later) When cornered the Supreme Diesel owner lashed out with lies and deceit. and slandered himself publicly. I refused Ernie's calls due to the fact it would have been a futile waste of my time. If the truth cannot be spoken publicly do you think privately would be different? supreme diesel and / or its employees did not attempt to right the wrongs they willing admitted. Ernie himself (through his narrator) admitted in dealing with myself on the issue at hand. Funny thing........Ernie check your personal calendar and call log.....I was told you were out of the country at this time and I received no calls. As for the accusation of a Peace River Chrysler dealing (as stated in the response from owners post) I personally have had nor will have any dealings with that firm. Furthermore as stated by (your narrator) they stated that they resolved an issue with me. NOT POSSIBLE!!!! Maybe you should read what people are writing on your behalf the same as you should be conducting QUALITY CONTROL on the products released from your facility. Now for the so called oversights. 1. While Ernie's staffer was unloading my truck he damaged the right front rim and laughed it off with vulgarity. 2. Plastic shroud on top of radiator damaged and broken. 3. Metal shroud on top of radiator not original. GM does not mark on factory new parts with yellow grease pencil. 4. Transmission controller not attached and rubbing on serpentine belt. 5. Front clip sagging and hood not installed or latching correctly. 6. Lights that were removed not properly installed or aimed. 7.After market transmission filter guard not reinstalled or returned. 8.Bolts on pan where guard installs left out. 9. Custom head light wiring harness removed not reinstalled or returned. 10. Inner wheel fenders not installed correctly. Only a few fasteners installed. 11. While traveling towing trailer the block heater fell out leaving me stranded on road. 12. Injector lines all over torqued. 13 Fuel rail return line clamp not installed. Fuel leaking.
Now people.........You decide if these are just oversights or sloppy work. I strongly recommend anyone who has a negative experience with this company call the Better Business Bureau.
