I've been buying foam products here for years. Some of the special pieces I've gotten have been a case insert specially shaped to hold a Phantom drone, a bay window bench cushion, and most recently a tent trailer bed. The bed is a 3-segment zipped into a special case. After cutting the foam, they stuffed it into the case and disposed of the old stuff.

Ordered a bunch of foam blocks from Sureline. The pre-purchase assistance via email was excellent. I also appreciated a lot of feedback and insight into how I might accomplish my overall project goal when picking the product up. Great business to deal with.

I have used their services many times for custom foam jobs. They will sell you the foam as well so that you can do your own customization.
