Friendly staff. Good deals. I bought a box spring and they secured it to my roof for free!

After recently purchasing Ashley leather couches from Surplus Furniture for a fraction of their retail price.A misunderstanding happened on my payment plan which resulted in a call(from dejardians) about missed payment when I thought i signed up for a 6 month grace period.

I called Surplus to see if they could help and was told to come in, Nico and Justin both worked together to quickly resolve my issue. Dejardians also was very helpful in making the mistake a stress-free experience.

I love my couches and enjoyed the friendly and professional customer service.

I had a great experience here! I had just purchased my first home and was looking for all new living room furniture. I went in prior to my possession date to pick everything I wanted. Justin was extremely great in helping me to decide what furniture went good together and what would be the best fabric with a dog.
After picking everything out they were great to have everything held for me until I moved into my new home!
I will return here in the future!

We went to Surplus last week looking for a bed for my grand daughter. It was myself, my daughter and her kids which are both special needs. A gentleman named Justin helped us. This man was so nice and understanding. He was attentive to our needs and our budget. He was great with the kids, gave them hugs and high fives :-) The other guys there didn't stare at the kids or look at them odd. This place and the employees where great!
We ended up purchasing a double mattress and box spring. We will definitely be going back for a bedroom suite and possible more!
I strongly recommend this furniture store. Kind and caring staff when making a purchase like this are very important. They were not pushy sales people like most places.

Justin was very friendly and helpful in finding me a good bed for my daughter! best experience I've had looking at furniture and beds! He had a lot of knowledge on all of the stock and everything there is affordable! I am definitely going back for a new bedroom set! Awesome staff!

Very good location, hard working staff, quick, wide variety

The sales staff are extremely pushy, trying to up sale you on everything.
Guess this happens when your working on commission 😡
After making a $300 deposit for Lay-a-Way items, we descided we no longer wanted the items. The staff very rudely informed us that they would only return our money in the form of store credit 😡

After a couple hours of unsecsefully getting a straight answer, and having "no head office" to bring out issue to, we gave up.

Would definitely tell people to NOT! Shop at these stores.

Best Mattresses & best customer service ever! I got denied for my payment plan; Customer Service Rep Nico called on my behalf and helped me get approved. Was super friendly and awesome. Second time buying mattress here, second time being very satisfied

Went and shopped for a new mattress. Loved the service and the staff. Really happy the inflatable man is back out front 😉👍
