Was wrong about this place. Was some of the best I have ever eaten.

Was very impressed at the PHO when I first went in to eat. I orde take out often and whenever I can i order PHO and dine in. Great service and friendly staff. Ordering PHO takeout is tough as they dont have take out bowls, but still delicious

The decor is dated but the food is AMAZING. Very fresh and flavorful. The best spring roles in town and the service is great. One of my fav places in Fort McMurray to eat.

Sometimes you just need some spring rolls and vermicelli. Love this place!

Food is amazing!! But my wife and I called at least 7 times today to place an order for pick up until someone finally answered. We thought maybe the reason why it was so hard to get through was because it would be busy there since it is lunch and when we got there it was only 1 person eating in the restaurant... So we were not sure why it took so many calls just to get through. But when we looked at the one lady working, she was on her cellphone facetiming. She continued to FaceTime even when I went in to pay and pick up our order. So customer service could use a little work, but otherwise you won't be disappointed with the food!

Their sign says opeb til 10pm. I walked in half past 9pm only to be welcomed with a greeting "WE'RE CLOSE." Thou they gave us the option if take out, staff could still use some soft skill training.

The food was great but the service was terrible. They took our food order... brought our food and literally ignored us the rest of the time. No water refills, no more hot water for tea, no “how is everything?” We sat there ready to leave and wanting our food packed up for about 20 minutes before I started stacking the dishes myself to get her attention... while she cleared other people’s tables. Waited another 5-10 minutes, still nothing. So I brought the food to the front counter myself and paid... I know I looked irritated at this point. So she set up the machine for me to pay, grabbed two bowls and left my food on the counter and started bringing other people’s food to them... waited for about two minutes before saying f this and I left. My son and I eat here quite a bit... but this really spoiled it for me.

Customer service and quality checking has gone down since first opening. Ordered delivery for both my husband and I and the only thing accurate was our spring rolls! Hubby ordered the chicken vermicelli with no peanuts due to an allergy and I ordered the pork vermicelli because I am 29wks pregnant and can't stomach either chicken or beef. We received a chicken WITH peanuts and a beef! After calling them immediately we were told the kitchens closed at 9:30pm(called at 9:43pm) even though the restaraunt itself isn't supposed to close until 10:00pm. We were told to call back the next day and they would just give us a credit. Called back the next day and got put on hold for over 20 Minutes!!! Finally hubby just went down in person as we hung up and tried calling back with no answer for an additional 20 minutes after that. He gets there, was given no apology, just had the food remade and left.

Worst customer service I have ever received, if they make a mistake with your order good luck getting it fixed. The lady who answers the phone who claims she is the manager, but is not, is rude and unprofessional. That being said, the food, when you finally get what you were wanting to order is fantastic, great job to the cooks!
