Swiss Chalet

Came with a big party of 13 ppl. Did not bring the drinks till everyone was done. Tables were not cleaned after meals. Had to get up to get manager to help out.

Fantastic service great waitress always killer food and super fast.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Found multiple bones in my soup.Waited 20 mins to get seated and when we did their was only 2 tables with people and they made us wait for nothing.server was acting like she was a forced slave and was being rude and full of negative attitude.She made use dirty forks and spoons and they washed the floor with dirty water while we ate she put the bill on a far way table and when we asked for the basics like forks she grunted loud we ask for HER money .She treated my family like trash. Never going again.

Great food even if you do take out.
Dinning in is painfully slow, dirty tables all over the place, drink refill didnt happen, and still waiting for the bill. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the food was so good.

I work across the street from this location and eat lunch here often. The service is incredibly fast, the servers are really personable and even when it's busy they still get you in and out within an hour if you're on lunch. My favourite location in Calgary!

Same old Swiss Chalet. Never seems to get better or worse. Love the sauce which is why I keep going back

Terrible. I've gone to many Swiss chalets around Calgary and the owners of this location are very greedy. The waitresses are rude. So rude I've talked to a manager and not even the manager or owner gave a sh*t. A waitress there was so rude to my little brother who is 11. I was terribly upset at her, she called him a name, I couldn't believe it. The food is way smaller portions then other locations. I love Swiss chalet but this location is a no go. Also DIRTY! This location is falling apart. The chairs are always dirty. Bathroom is gross.
