Service is good... food was nice

I applied for a job that was listed at this location, then was told by the owner I was "wasting his time" when he informed me it was for his memorial location. When in fact the add did say this location. Not a fan of being disrespected when I am a potential customer. Will boycott this location.

This use to be our go to restaurant and the last 3 times we have gone there the food was sub par to say the least!! To top it all off tonight when we went there for dinner first of all my husband and I are both KETO and when I said "no carbs" so we ordered extra veggies instead the server's response was "well that's no fun" seriously we didn't ask her opinion and that was just rude!! While we were eating multiple times we had to brush ANTS off us while we were eating!!! There were tons of them!!! We asked to speak to the manager and we told him and told him that was the reason we were leaving and his response was "oh thanks for telling me"...seriously that's your response?!?! We will NOT be returning!!!

My girlfriend and I came in and bought our food she got fish and chips and the fish was overcooked. I got the chicken wings and fries, but the fries were undercooked. Our total came to $34.05, she paid $25 on the gift card and I paid the rest in cash with a $20 bill. He gave me just $5 back and asked him where the rest of my change was. I asked if he took a tip and he took $6 without asking, and just took it. Kenny, our server, should not have done this and we will not be coming back here ever again. You do not under any circumstances take a tip for yourself unless you ask the customer first. We are fuming over this and will be calling head office about it!

One of my favourite Swiss chalet locations! (As I dislike the one on memorial drive.) Service here is usually great, a lot of new people often so sometimes it can be slow but the foods always great. We always had a super nice waitress. It's clean and well kept!

My experience here was terrible! First, I ordered 10 wings but I only got 9. Also I ordered white meat for my chicken and I got dark meat instead. But worst of all, I found hair in my chicken! They need to step up their service!

Gift card users be ware!

The waiter we had took our gift card and tried to tell us ours had nothing on it. Little did he know my husband wrote down or 16 digit number off the back of our card, so we could prove the one he said was ours wasn't. And when he came back to see what was going on he said the only card he had left was his.... so we compared the numbers IT WAS OURS! And we still paid for our meal. In our eyes he tried to steal it. When I contacted to head office all they would do is write him up. And return our $40. He should have been fired. I don't care about the $40 I just hope to prevent this from happening to others.
Do not trust them to take your gift card out of your hand and view.
Write down your card numbers.
