Terrible service, terrible customer service and not even good at what they do, i have to wait 3-5 days to hear back from someone on an order or a question and they never have the same product that you ordered last so a lot of inconsistency >:(

Had a chat with a sales rep who lied to me over the phone. Will not work with Sysco. Unimpressed with their operation and dishonest sales rep. Should be able to place order online, pay for it and have food delivered. These guys are very out of date.
