Tantra Magick Wellness Description
Sarah is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and a professional dancer located in Calgary. She took up yoga in her teens as cross training for dance and maintained the practice throughout the years. Her dance training took her to places such as New York, Brazil, Toronto, and more, studying at elite institutions and performing internationally. Sarah still performs and teaches dance, however she is more and more in love with yoga every day. The physical practice of yoga is only one of many aspects of the art and Sarah shares her knowledge of the subtler aspects throughout her teaching. Not to take oneself too seriously, Sarah has a light heart and a playful energy. Sarah currently teaches weekly group classes and private classes in Calgary.
