Tany'S Jewellery

I sent my high end pearl necklace here to be restrung, and it was completely ruined when I got it back. The pearls were very loose, the knots were bulky with some of them frayed, and the clasp end of the string was done so terribly I cried. This necklace was given to me by my fiancé, and I'll be wearing it in two weeks at our wedding. I've had to take it to another jeweler to get it restrung again. I was pretty heartbroken about it all for sure.

Update: Tany refunded me my money for the pearl restringing and was very sweet about it. At least they take care of their clients.
