I had my personal income taxes done at Tax Pro. The experience was great. The staff were professional, and my taxes were done quickly and accurately. The service was also very reasonable in price. I will return in the future.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. They were good when I used them in previous years but when I used them in 2015 the staff were different and they did not know what they were doing and made loads of mistakes. When we got audited Taxpro said they had sent off the necessary documents but now we have received a huge penalty notice from the CRA as they did not. When I asked Taxpro for their help to rectify things, I got a rude email response trying to blame myself and my mother for their actions. I will sort it out myself rather than deal with these people. Save your money and do your taxes yourself. You can't be worse at it than Taxpro are.
