Terrible! I have received nothing but problems from this branch. The small business manager does not return phone calls/ follow up. Payments to RC was done at the counter with the teller, allocated to random accounts and I am left dealing with this issue for 3 months and it is still not resolved.
Do your banking elsewhere.

So I'd like to start this by saying I've been with TD for over 10 years and I've had nothing but good things to say about this location and the employees. The other day I go in to TD to do my typical banking. I don't know who this lady was or who she thinks she is (apparently she thinks she's someone important) but she incredibly rude to everyone around her including me, basically leaves me standing there, after waiting 15min in line, just to bark orders at the other employees. Then is snappy with me after questioning why I don't use the account often, in which I had told her why. I then say I keep getting mail to sign up for a credit card and how I don't want the mail for it anymore. I say have a good night start walking away and she has the nerve to tell me that I would need more money in my account to be a responsible credit card holder(this infuriates me!) i don't care what her opinion is it's the fact it was basically yelled at me like she needed everyone to know she had the final say. I use this account for the bare minimum of life. after this terrible experience I'm closing this account for good. I'm thoroughly disappointed.

Nothing but bad things to say. Have personal and business accounts as well as TD merchant. DO NOT bank here. Caused me to lose hundreds of dollars with TD merchant and screwed up on two cheques. Their response "well our mistake but we can give you like $50 to help" wooooooo.

When a financial adviser doesn't know the difference between a merchant check and an RRSP we have a problem. Mail received is not checked for weeks. Yet they are quick to charge fees when they are responsible for delaying processing a check. Disgusting service...

Branch manager is not friendly! Staff there think they own the bank. Treated like thief on many occasions, once the economy here gets better I'm outta this branch and more then likely done with this bank. They need to understand there fiduciary roll when cashing chqs and taking payments. no stars for this branch!!!!!!

This bank never return calls and takes over 2 months to find missing deposit

Tellers and customer service have snotty attitudes. Always have a long wait in line. They are trying to get customers to sign up for additional products where there is a long line up.

Always lined up for at least half hour

Customer service at this location is almost always terrible. If I didn't have to deal with them for work I would never go. It seems as though they can never consistently inform you as to their own company policies! One teller says one thing is required and the next says they complete opposite. GET IT TOGETHER!!!
