Customer service does not mean you spend almost 15mins talking to a customer about whats going on his/her personal life without caring that there is a long lineup already. Plus Managers need to advise their tellers about this issue. Seems you wouldn't do so, because you want to sell your products to an old lady who has no use of it.

This branch seems to hire unqualified advisors. Twice i have sat down with two different advisors and they completely have no clue of the whats and hows to set up specific services and accounts. I think staff training is very poor and sometimes they seem impatient or trying to avoid to deal with certain client needs and requests.

Read the comments and they all say the same thing. great staff, terrible management. I wish I could date a comment as this place should be good in 5 years but for the time being RBC has at 500-2929 Sunridge Way NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 7K7 has a 4.4 rating. Much better leadership.

have been with this bank for many years . had 3 mortgages through them. We were treated like first time home buyers . Our so called mortgage specialist was so unprofessional. made take a million trips to the bank for no reason .

Employees are very nice but it can get very busy on weekends and rush hour times.

Bank with TD Canada Trust for decade's, I went into this location to close all accounts they did nothing to try and retain my business. Went into this location last week, the lady at the front desk made it clear she didn't want to be there, I asked her if I could speak to speak with someone about investment. The women got up and left without saying a word, she came back to tell me 5 mins later everyone was too busy to speak with me. I felt really awkward and left.

As owner of A Laptop Shoppe I am disappointed in the service I have been subject too in regards to my account and it's restrictions which were imposed suddenly in February . I have tried to resolve the problem over many hours with multiple client care reps even different branches . The same response I receive is we don't know what's causing the issue, other companies who assist us in managing accounts are our of our control ,stop using the instant teller ....
I started an investigation which hasn't amounted in any results what so ever .

To summarize my impression of their explanation is the the computers are in charge and they can't change the situation.

I'd like to add that the people I talk to are friendly ,professional , and helpful, one of them said they wished they could help ,but have no power to do so.
