This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. Some of the representatives are highly unprofessional and often rude. They show unknown grudges against customers and feel satisfied by transferring their negative vibes onto them. Again, only some.

Moreover, the atmosphere of this branch is too ratchet and I feel too anxious to have them handle any of my problems.

On the flip side, a few of the reps are extremely friendly and warm and I would love to see more of them helping out people on a regular basis.

However, on the whole, I would not recommend this branch to anyone who has some serious concerns with their TD account(s).

Worst customer service, always short of staff, long wait in quee even in business lane, don't deal with them.

Manisha manager is worst manager we are customers since 15 plus years she doesn't know how to deal with customer we always deposit regular cheque she always give hard time by putting them on hold but when we go to other branch never gets any problem. She should know how to deal with customers and she never have any reason to do that when we ask her she doesn't know what to say really strange TD needs to work on this

Worst customer service. They just hold the customer once after they know what help we want, and then they start taking another customers. So we just have to keep waiting until they attend all the customers in busy times.

Super bad customer service...Never returns e-mails, phone calls etc. I agree with all the 1 star reviews. If I could give a -5 rating I would. I was trying to get estate account set up which I was told would not be a problem even though original account was in BC. Never kept me updated on progress or status after several attempts. Ended up easier driving 12 hours return to BC where original account was set up to get cleared up. Ended up closing the account and setting up.with totally different bank. Will NEVER use TD again and will definitely be warning ALL my friends and family.

Have dealt with TD for the past 45 years. This is by far the worst branch to deal with for ANYTHING! Complete and total lack of professionalism from everybody from the tellers, FSR's to the manager. I have no choice but to go to another branch however basic or simple my transaction may be. No follow-up by staff when they promise something and a complete 'pass the buck' and blame someone else attitude to any transaction requiring minimal cooperation from staff. In one word....DISGUSTING!!! Senior TD management should seriously consider shutting this joke down totally or start over from scratch with new management and staff that don't have an attitude of entitlement. Feels very much like old habits brought over from the old country. Any time I need anything remotely important to be done, I go out of my way to other branches or, in most cases deal with customer service on the phone. Those people really understand the meaning of customer service in banking. It should not require making a call to Customer Service Toronto to get accurate, sensible, clear and timely information. Senior management at TD, wake up and smell the coffee before you get left behind. Just because you open longer hours, does not absolve you from decent training of your staff or reasonable levels of customer service. What a previous reviewer (Bahto Kalak) wrote is absolutely accurate. For the most part, the majority of the staff have very little interest in you unless you may be brown (as in Indian/Pakistani and/or speak the language). They don't realize of course that brown people are not only from those regions but exist in other parts of the world as well. All in all, this branch should not exist and brings down the reputation and values that TD likes to claim for themselves.

Generally most of the other reviewer's are correct. Awful service, slow times and just poor staff. but one major thing that was failed to mention was how racist this branch is to anyone who isn't sheik or Muslim. They take their sweet ass time with their own people but when it comes to another groups of people mosty whites it seems like they are trying to push you out of the door. Disgusting really, says something about their hiring process that it's based on race not on qualifications which often then not results in the awful survice that seems to befall them.
