I guess you have to be an East Indian before you get to be served promptly on this location. I've waited for over half an hour with my grandmother who had to sit down on the last picket while everyone that was standing who were mostly their fellow East Indians were getting served and even the ones who came after her. I know I may sound racist, but based on observations, that's what's going on.

Friendly staff and always ready to sever you with a smile. And help you when you need it.

Very good service. I've been a client for over 7 years, never had a problem with this branch. I like the 8am to 8pm hours.

Never had worse customer service experience in my life, broken promises, lies, no help and a total waste of time! It takes an hour here to get to the help desk to get no help in even depositing a small amount cheque from a customer, I had to close my TD accounts and go somewhere else. Btw I used to like TD before this branch was the closest to me. The one in crowfoot was great, too bad it's too far for me after I moved to NE.

This branch always amazed me! Who ever assisted me all the time that I visited always offers something to make my banking needs better and even helped my saved money. Tho the place is always busy, it will always satisfy your day to day banking needs.

Staff don't seem to eager to help. Last time I went one of the advisors wasnt pleased with my presence and it almost felt like she was trying to get rid of me, and it was very hard to understand her accent and when I asked her to repeat herself she would get frustrated. I won't say the name because I don't want her getting in trouble but hopefully she'll see this and the maanger will and clean up their act. Or at least offer grammar courses for proper transparency.

Are you seriously? bank? in McDonald's employees look better. Firstly, a huge line, don't move. Don't move at all. I hear what they say at the counter and it is clear that the staff cannot give a proper advice. Employees. Separate conversation. Many employees look very untidy and not healthy. One guy deserves special attention. As I stood in the queue, it is a miracle seems to have returned from lunch, but apparently he was in a hurry so that the sandwich took with him at the counter. In a green t-shirt, tracksuit which is a bag on his head, apparently that's religious, beard to the stomach and this is miracle sat down at the desk, chewing a sandwich says Welcome to TD. horror! Who you hire to the bank?
