Rude customer service from the tellers. I was the only one in the feeder line and they were too busy talking to each other to notice. After a couple of minutes they noticed and decided to serve me.

Once being served the teller was fairly rude and acted like I was bothering her.

Go to the seton branch. They are nicer, although if you make an appointment at seton they seem to always be running late.

Poor customer service, lacking courtesy. Waited 20 passed appointment time with no acknowledgement, the received sarcastic/condescending email about wasting my time. Taking my banking elsewhere.

Maybe have more people at the counter! Waited way too long ! 6 -8 people lined up for one person come on TD Fix this ! Waste of time !

Love the staff here they are always in such a good mood.

I noticed there are weird reviews for this branch and they all appear to be from the same person logged in under different accounts, based on their comments and writing style.

I've had awesome service at this branch on several occasions, and they were always very quick, professional, courteous, and did what I asked for properly. They have also suggested account changes to save me some money on fees - very thoughtful and proactive. I've only waited in line a few times, and it was a short wait with many tellers open. They have a drive-through ATM if you're in a rush, and a few ATM's inside as well. There's always parking right beside the front doors, even though it's a busy shopping plaza.

On one occasion two of the tellers helped me count a large bag of loose change when I wanted to clean out my change jar - super nice folks! Obviously this wasn't at peak hours so there wasn't anyone waiting in line behind me, and they were happy to help me roll the loose change. Very excellent service at this branch (as I've come to expect from TD in general) - I prefer them to CIBC and PC Financial who I banked with before switching.

I live close by this branch and frequent this TD Bank for both business and personal banking needs. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the lineups move nice and fast. I have never spent a long time waiting. Thumbs up! No complaints here! I am a very happy customer!
