Slow and worker don't know what they're doing

There only two people that work here ever, they always ask people personal questions that take 10+ mins don't Come here if you work or have other things to do as they take forever

This bank is BRUTAL for lineups. Tellers are hit and miss. Some are friendly but over all they're very unhelpful and not well trained. 3 tellers and a lineup out the door at 11 am and one lady decides she's going to go on break. I understand that in customer service we all need breaks. BUT leaving your fellow staff members with a huge line is a big nono too. PLUS then I had to stand in line with a fussy toddler for 40 MINUTES.

i would never recommend a bank that changes ur account and type of crd you have without notifying
i also had some fraud on my account last yr they put money in and act like they are the best of the best then a month later withdrew it no notification and basically blamed me for a dble deposit
it without a dout is the most unprofessional uneducated poor excuse of a bank there should be something done wen the people that decide what i can do with my money lie to my face

This is my local branch. Theres this one lady that i refuse to be served by because she is loud about when you pull out cash and also about your personal information. she also always has a covered nametag. If I can help it, I go to the Brentwood location they have FANTASTIC service and are always discreet with your information.

TD bank charged me inappropriately for a monthly fee. I went to this bank and asked for a refund. The staff agreed that there should be a refund, but she intentionally spoke very loudly to let the other customers know that I am asking for a refund of only $3.95. She made me feel embarrassed and judged even though it is their mistake in the first place. She did not apologize for their mistake nor for my inconvenience. When I asked to close an account, she also told me that I had to make an appointment in order to do that (which is untrue). This was a very unpleasant and unhelpful interaction and a terrible first impression of this bank. I will never return ad will not recommend anyone to come here for their banking.

Changed my credit card limit without my permission and when I phoned to inquire they never got back to me.
