Booked an appointment to discuss Business Accounts. However, the staff all seem to be busy when I arrived at the branch. Finally I was greeted and by the FSM I was scheduled to meet with. He immediately apologized because he's still working with the previous clients as they started late because of computer issues. He told me they have water and coffee at the back and to help myself to it to which I did. Waited about 20 minutes and finally he was ready to see me. Chatted about the different business plans and investment plans and by the hour (only had 40 minutes) he had another appointment so I was kind of rushed out the door. The FSM was professional and courteous, however, he doesn't know much about the business plan. On certain occasions, he doesn't have the answers to my questions and that he would have to check with their Business Account Manager.

The reviews here are quite bad overall. Not sure if it's because so much banking is done on line or at ATM that the branch personnel are not well supported by management. The staff have always treated me professionally. The only issue I have is the time it takes to get in and out of the branch. It seems due to lack of personnel and that each transaction takes much more time then branch banking used to take. I suspect this is because basic transactions are now done by the client online. If you think back to old branch banking there were the tellers, then there were accounting department, ledgers department, securities department etc. Now its all condensed into front counter staff dealing with all aspects. Personnel in the offices have become invisible to a large extent unless you have an appointment. Gone are the days of prompt, efficient branch service. Now it seems to be more like a doctor's office. The staff will give you professional, personalized service but without an appointment you should expect lengthy delays. This is not just this branch, it's the banks business model.

I've been banking with TD for 12 years. Overall TD is great. The only bad experiences I had were all with this branch. Definitely the worst TD branch I've seen. The tellers are polite, but seems their working capabilities are poor. There seems always new staff under training. All the mistakes TD bank has made so far on my banking accounts were by this branch. There's one mistake made on my mortgage by them. I had to call a manager many times to solve it. The manager seemed to me careless and didn't ever offer any apology for their mistake. I would rather drive farther to another TD branch to do banking.

by far the worst TD branch. No one has EVER picked up first time, and it takes another 3 calls and messages to even get a call back... SO brutal. Total let down when were in the "richer" area....

Went there to ask for a letter or certification and it was very disappointing..manager told me she needs more time to make a letter..went to a different branch and they gave me a letter in a couple of minutes..
