I have been going to this bank location for over 25 years and I have few complaints. Very good. service.

All ways a friendly staff, willing to help you when you need them.

Worst TD Branch I've ever had to deal with. No one seems to know what they're doing. Friendly enough, but incompetent. If it weren't literally around the corner from us, we would be doing business with another branch.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with in my life. VERY VERY rude service, and slow. Their ability to help a customer is next to none. They even tell me I need a week to close my account when it's in a positive balance. Scam.

Pleasant service and waits that are occasionally only slightly longer than usual; advisors are helpful and personable.

I counted 7 staff behind the counter and 2 in offices. Only 2 were serving the line of 6 customers. I was second in line and after 10 minutes, the person ahead of me left in disgust; she had wanted cash a cheque. I stood at the front of the line for another 5 minutes until served. I indicated how long I'd been waiting and the teller just giggled and shugged. It took less than a minute to re-activate my debit card. Won't come here again.

If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would. Was given a complete run around after this location put a hold on a certified cheque from my lawyer following a house sale. Trying to get a hold of this branch was hard enough, and once I was able to, the manager made some executive decision about why the hold was put on and why they wouldn't take it off. Upon requesting to speak to that manager, was told he had already left for the day and he would return my call the following day. Shockingly, no phone call was made. Here we are the day the hold is to be removed, and the funds are still not released, and no one at the branch is taking calls. Terrible terrible service

Professional integrity is not a core value. Both personal banking officer and management are unresponsive to customer problems that they created. Untrained and inexperienced staff will negatively affect anything you wish to accomplish here. Wish I read the other scathing reviews before going here.

hate this place!! line up period waiting time is awful! after waiting for my turn! all I want was to deposit my regular pay cheque 😐 wishes I been doing for many years at td! there was no change on my pay cheque, same information, address on and on! well I came in at 5:30 and finally at 6:20 they told me that they want to put a hold on my pay cheque??? 😟 😕 😩 😨 unbelievably not happy with these guys! I am going to fill a complaint!

Very slow & unprofessional service!
I was planing to make TD my main bank but because of multiple negative experience with this branch I changed my mind:
1. It's usually understaffed and you have to wait in the line for a long time. I went there to check my safety deposit box, there was nobody at the front desk with a sign guiding me to go to the tellers instead, so I waited in the line for half an hour and when it was my turn the teller told me she is sorry and she doesn't know how to access the safety boxes and I have to go back to the front desk!
2. I opened a US chequing account online and went to this branch to deposit money and get access card but the teller didn't know what to do and told me they can't issue an access card or even access to online banking for this account and whenever i need to do anything I have to go to a branch with my ID card! After he saw my objection he asked a manager and they said I should have the access card for sure but anyhow it took them like one hour to figure out how to do it!
3. I have an excellent credit score and yet they were unable to approve me for $2000 USD credit card! I got approved for $10000 credit card in another bank fast & easy a few weeks later.
