Td Canada Trust

TD bank has and is one of the best banks I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I don't know why everyone is leaving such negative reviews, it makes me wonder if user error is the reason for many of these bad review scores.

Every encounter with an employee either in person or over the phone has been very helpful, my issues are often resolved very quickly, the representative are often eager and willing to help and have your best intentions in heart. I would highly recommend this bank to my close friends and family.

Dim lighting, depressed staff, slow service sums up this location.

The "manager" in place sure have an attitude. I want to deposit a bank draft from my scotia bank to a td account of my friend. Unfortunately, my bank wrote the cheq to "td bank" instead of my friend name. After 20 mins in the line, the manager she took my cheq and asked what it for. I said i need to deposit for my friend to pay them back the money.
The she told me that why would it say to "td bank". I asked her does she want me to go back to scotia to get it change?
She doesnt even listern to what i just asked. "To td bank is only when u pay for a morgage or a debt. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?"
I've been to many td branches such as td core and 17 ave but never get such service.
Anyway, thank you so much but u can keep your service. I'm glad i changed my bank and closed my account there.

I dont remember the Manager's name but absolutely horrible attitude when me and my wife went to withdraw cash. He literally said "I was the one who rejected your transection. I have 12 years of banking expariance and this is how it's s done". It's really unfortunate, one person can make the difference. There is also other ways to say no to a customer. We decided to change bank.

A long lineup today but well worth the wait! The service was above and beyond.

I have dealt with this bank for years and they are absolutely the best bank I have had the pleasure to deal with, friendly and most helpful every time I go there.

This was NOT my branch. I went to this branch to deposit my paycheck from employer of over 3 years.

After waiting in a short line for an inordinate amount of time the teller told me they would hold the check for a few days. I told her that I've been depositing the same check twice a month for over 3 years at my branch with no hold, but that did not impress her. I then stated that I would just take it to my branch. The teller was a bit rude and seemed annoyed when I asked for my paycheck back.

When I got to my branch (Midnapore) I was told that the other location had "exited" me, meaning they had closed my account and TD would have no further dealings with me. No reasons stated, no appeal, no recourse.

BTW I have a secured 6 figure line of credit with TD that I could no longer access online or at the branches since they will not deal with me at all. Finally, phone support arranged a workaround (a virtual card - no actual card or account, just numbers and a pwd so I can see my line of credit balance online) but they still will not deal me at all... ever. This branch is a gong show.

Been using this TD for a year and a half now, never had any problems and the tellers are always wonderful and friendly. I am upset to see so many bed reviews. Some people suck is all I can say.
